I always enjoy Mary Brown's, regardless of the location. But some services stand out. I was there with my family closer to closing time, and they were very accommodating. I'm glad it's near our house. Spicy Big Mary and Coleslaw are my top choices.

Customer service horrible and they closed the call while I was talking to them. I wanted to change something about one of the sandwiches and they stated they can’t do that. I asked why and they hung up. They stated that I had to put a note through the app although the note system in Uber was down. I called a second time and we were talking and after a minute they hanged up. I do not recommend this place for anyone who wants peace of mind.

Exceptional service & fresh food! Chicken is made fresh and nicely seasoned. The staff is friendly and always smiling and happy to service you. The restaurant is kept neat and tidy all the time. It's my favourite Mary Browns! Great job MB & Dixie staff

I got the Spicy Big Mary combo. On Mondays the sandwich alone is 4.99 and the combo is about 10.20 before tax. The sandwich is really good for $5. Would definitely recommend. Almost as good as Popeyes, but Popeyes usually gives a bigger piece of chicken. The combo comes with wedges/taters and a drink. Absolutely would not recommend. Wedges were snot good and underseasoned. Combo is way more expensive than it should be.TL;DR: Would recommend Big Mary. Would not recommend the combo.

First of all, the lady at the counter was not taking our order coz it was 9.46pm . Later , refused to give extra ketch up, then refused to give her name and shouted on us to leave when it was sharp 10pm whilewe were almost about to pack and go . While we were leaving, i went to washroom to wash my hands. She followed on and kept knocking on the door . While i opened, the door could hit her but luckily nothing happened.She could have said politely anything she wanted. Then before we put any review, she called her manager before us to put her things first to take the benefit of doing first complaint. Or Looks like she got something going with her manager .We been at this restaurant before and gave 5 stars .All this happened because on receiving our order, we were given 2 piece even though we paid for 3 piece meal . Then she missed the chicken gravy . She gave that on our request coz we told her to check the order . Please review the camera carefully.That's why we came again but not gonna go anytime any Mary browns in the future. Please check so it don't happen with any customer

They forgot my second order of fries and the chicken strips are half the original size. Poor value $$ I ordered spicy chicken pieces as well and tooo much spice was added. This is the second time this has happened. This location has changed. It used to be great but not any more.
