Had a small issue with an order earlier in the week, but the team here handled it super quickly. The manager even called me personally to make sure it was resolved, which really shows how much they care. The service is always top-notch — there’s one lady who remembers my name and greets me every time I come in, which makes the experience feel personal. On top of that, the food is always great value — really good chicken and the taters are awesome!

Excellent food service, delicious Food

My family & I have been going to this location for years since it opened. Overall, it’s been a good experience. However, the last time we picked up some chicken & taters, I was not thrilled to find a long brown hair in the taters. My family all has black hair, & I was the first to open the box of taters when we got home so do the math. When I emailed Customer Service to mention this, they did an investigation after I had to follow up with them. In their reply, they stated their pack line was all “males with hairnets”. Bottom line, there was a long hair in the food, & it was tangled up in the taters. I made it known to the company to do better in the future. I’m just putting this here so future purchasers or regulars just look to be safe. Pretty sure it was accidental but still, to have a concern or observation just be brushed off by the main location is a bit off-putting.

I don’t write many Google reviews unless the service truly stands out — and Serena at Mary Brown’s on Erin Mills absolutely deserves the recognition. She was kind, helpful, and genuinely sincere, not just with me but with every customer before and after me. Her consistent, top-notch service didn’t go unnoticed. Serena is a shining example of what great customer service looks like, and I sincerely hope her managers and colleagues recognize the value she brings. This girl definitely deserves a raise!

Ordered via DoorDash, service was quite fast and the food turned out delicious! Definitely will order again when I get the chance :)

- Ordered a spicy Big Mary since it was the special for a Monday. I'd say overall it is a fairly comparable to their competitors. While the chicken may have been a little smaller, the difference in price makes up for it. Would I pay regular price for this chicken sandwich? No but I recommend the deal
- Better to go to a Canadian company than some American chain anyway

Awesome chicken! Tried the honey garlic, perfect hint of flavor. Not wet or greasy, very tasty. Great service, friendly staff. Owner Atif was on site, he's agreat representative of the brand. Busy spot but easy to get to and free parking.
