My family & I have been going to this location for years since it opened. Overall, it’s been a good experience. However, the last time we picked up some chicken & taters, I was not thrilled to find a long brown hair in the taters. My family all has black hair, & I was the first to open the box of taters when we got home so do the math. When I emailed Customer Service to mention this, they did an investigation after I had to follow up with them. In their reply, they...
