Eat Mary Brown's all the time. Got via Skip tonight and it was fabulous except...Made an error and thought I had ordered a biscuit but turns out I did NOT. Sorry Mary Brown's on Dundas..I feel terrible.

Pathetic service. No good customer service. Especially the I’ll mannered female Gagan has extreme bad behavioural & anger issues. She doesn’t own upto her own mistakes and instead started yelling at me to throw away the food as it is touched and I’ll make a new one. I asked the other server whether the manager was here. He said he’ll be here in half an hour. This Gagan jumped in again saying you can come after half an hour and this turned into a heated argument. This human needs to learn what Canada was once famous for. Politeness, thankyou, sorry, owning up to their mistake, apologizing or at least talking politely instead of converting a conversation into a fight and playing the blame game.
The location at Rio can Plaza has good employees. We drive miles to go there. This was such an unpleasant experience because of Gagan.

I visit regularly on weekend.Food taste always great and staff is super efficient.I was served by gagan. She is extremely humble. She suggested me good food combination which was economical and sufficient.Thanxxx

Great staff, super friendly and accommodating staff. Clean facility. Especially Gagan , she was amazing. Really appreciated the service! She deserves a raise, not easy working in the food services and the way she handles customers is remarkable.

Mary Brown 's were a favorite chicken place. Unfortunately, quality quantity and taste have degraded recently. It is still good but not as good as it was. The chicken portion is noticeably smaller than it was. I tried this across 3 branches.

This location is always quick and they have excellent customer service. Thank you guys.

Question: How do you determine if a Big Mary (regular) meat pattie is cooked all the way to the middle.

Ordered one an hour ago and meat pattie was cooked only around the edges. The middle was very tough to bite into, and nearly impossible to chew.

How do you (Manager / Owner) plan on rectifying this problem and ensuring it doesn't happen again?

I will send this to the Mary Brown's customer service office for comment.

"I’ve visited this place multiple times, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Sunny, always makes me feel welcome with his friendly and polite demeanor.
