I was charged 7.56 CAD yesterday but the lady didn't provide me an order saying the receipt wasn't generated and that the bank is holding the amount, although the money got deducted and it showed "Approved, Thank you" on the reader. I called the bank to only be informed that the payment went through to McD and there's no issue with the bank. I called the number provided by a lady supervisor/employee but no one is lifting the call. Such an unpleasant experience on my birthday. Please refund, else I will have to file a complaint/case against you for this daylight robbery/fraud.

Worst place ever I visited. Managers don’t have any sense how to talk with customers. 2 times they give me wrong food. Always in hurry never have a time to look upon an issue. Always argue even mistake is done by them.

Good service, but don’t know how one is supposed to spread butter on their pancakes if it’s frozen solid :( just wish they’d thaw the butter before giving it to customers ?
Tasneem is an amazing worker at this store. She is extremely hospitable to myself and other customers. I have noticed her go above and beyond to make people feel comfortable by checking on them and making her help available if needed. Thanks Tasneem!

The manager with blonde hair and an M tattoo behaved rudely to us and gave attitude, as a paying customer I feel offended by her behaviour.

The lightskin lady with blonde hair probably a manager with a tattoo was very disrespectful and has very poor customer service, we were very respectful we told her give us a moment and she said very loudly and said NO thats very unprofessional and horrible behaviour considering i work customer service as well and we werent even being rude
