The food is authentic and delicious. It is highly recommended, and im sure on less busy days is much better. Unfortunately we went during mothers day, and our reservation was at 3pm, when we got there they had run out of beef, empanadas, and a few other items. The service was weird, if it wasn't for my sister in law speaking Spanish and constantly walking up to the server to remind them, we probably would of never been served.
I had an incredible experience at Mill Roast! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing meal. The highlight was definitely the Pollo de la Brasa – it was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and absolutely delicious. And the in-house aji? Amazing! It added the perfect kick to every bite. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Peruvian food! Can't wait to come back.
We got a Lomo Saltado and Pollo a la Brasa (Roasted Chicken Breast).
The Lomo Saltado beef was very chewy and not tender at all. The portion was small and it was mainly fries and rice. Very overpriced. Would not recommend it.
The Pollo a la Brasa was great though. Service was poor and the waiter never checked on us.
This spot has potential but they need to improve the quality of their beef and the service frequency.
