I always go here for falooda, it’s really the best imo. I dislike how I call in advance for it and give them plenty of time to prepare, but when I get there, it’s not ready. Most recently I called in and told the person I was right outside the store and I would be coming inside for it however he still waited till I got inside to make it. The reason why I waited in the car and called in my order was because my child was waiting in the car so it’s kind of inconvenient that...

Ok, food taste and quality is certainly going down. Example bhaji in pav bhaji and ragda patties doesn’t taste as good and bhaji was oily. The place is always cold to sit in. Why not crank up the heater or have double doors?
