Our server was not polite, missed checking in on us a few times and seemed to really not like what she was doing and didn't want to be there! Milestones' prices are quite high now, so as a guest I expect to have a server who is somewhat upbeat at the very least. I have gone here many times and have found the service going downhill for the last couple of years. I will take my family somewhere else from now on.
The staff was amazing and great food. It was Valentine's Day and the restaurant was exceptionally busy. The atmosphere was very smokey and I assume it was from the grill and it took almost 2.5 hours between ordering and getting our meal. BUT the staff was great and very courteous
I booked our table to celebrate Valentine's Day more than two weeks before to secure our reservation. Upon arriving, I told the hostess that I had a reservation with Open Table. She proceeded to take us to a corridor by the front door with minimal space between tables. I asked to be seated in the main dining room to which she replied that all seating was previously determined. I replied that I had booked two weeks ahead to ensure our reservation.
