We've ordered Chipotle several times, and usually are very happy with our food! Kiddos enjoy theirs too. It's a drive to get it, so a big treat.
Disappointed with our kids' meals today- their fruit is rotten!

The food is not consistently good. Sometimes it is too spicy, sometimes not fresh, sometimes the guac turns dark from sitting for so long, and the chips are really old and chewy…it is apparent the high employee turnover…today Sept 16, 2026 at 2pm the food is especially disgusting and extremely spicy…almost inedible…
why is it so salty??? my mouth is drying up trying to finish my bowl

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a variety of food options, including steak burritos and vegan choices. Many customers enjoy the food a lot, noting that this location has improved their experience compared to other places. The portions are generally good, and the staff is friendly, although some have found them less accommodating during busy times.
However, there are mixed feelings about the quality and cleanliness of the restaurant. Some reviews mention that tables were dirty and that customers often have to clean a spot to sit down. The food is described as good, but there are concerns about consistency in portion sizes, particularly with rice and protein.
Despite these issues, the fast service is appreciated, with some customers noting they can be in and out quickly, even during high traffic times. Overall, while the food is generally satisfying, the restaurant could benefit from better cleanliness and more consistent service.
