“The staff are just amazing and the food is amazing! The location is fantastic to host a gathering and can accommodate quite a lot of people. We come back here again and again! Just LOVE their fresh and homemade meals.Bravo also does catering and better yet they keep the food in an insulated box that keeps your foot hot and fresh for when you are ready to serve. We had it once 4hrs and the food was still hot and ready to serve!Vegetarian options: Lots if vegetarian options including the potato/cheese pierogies!Parking: At least 100 spots+ in a plaza parking lot. Well lit area.Kid-friendliness: Fantastic location to have kids play and eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible with main level entrance.“
“Best balkanian food in all Canada. Highly recommend. Alma and her husband very friendly and lovely people, you have felling that you come I your own house . Every trip that we do at this side of Canada will come to them ❤️❤️❤️ Best regards from Montreal“
“A hidden gem - you must eat here! Our friends recommended this restaurant in Mississauga. We all love schnitzel and our meal did not disappoint.Don’t expect quick service because the meals are made to order. However, our waiter Jakob was great - friendly and hospitable. The weiner schnitzel was amazing! Perfectly cooked and so tender. We also loved the potatoe salad! Czechvar beers were a perfect accompaniment to the meal.I will definitely return and highly recommend you try eating here!“
“Had our first experience at the Apricot Tree Cafe with a friend this past weekend for brunch. We had heard of this restaurant from our friend for a long time but had never been. First off - the decaf coffee was VERY good. One of the best decaf coffees I have ever had at a restaurant. I had the Croque Madame and it was absolutely delicious! It was just what I wanted and needed in a comfort type food. The dessert selection is amazing, and in fact too many to choose from. They offer a very good deal of coffee and dessert for $6 as an add on to your meal and it is a good deal. We definitely will go back. I will have the Croque Madame again, as I am known for having the same thing again and again if I like it the first time!“
“To any of my TTC coworkers this was my first time having Serbian food. The food is phenomenal the service was very good. I live at Pape and Danforth it was definitely worth the drive I definitely recommend this restaurant I will be going back..“
“Food was delicious. The beef cheeks was tender and tasty the chicken shashlik was nicely done again tender and tasty. The chebureki was delicious and crispy. The service was courteous and the lady patiently guided us.We loved the food and recommend the Armenian Bistro. It has a few tables but is not primarily an eat in restaurant.“
“After seeing the message from the mayor more than 3 times I had to check it out. I went hog wild and bought the cabbage rolls, the schnitzel and the perogies. They were amazing!!! I couldn’t eat it all. Looking forward to lunch tomorrow. Will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu.“
“This place has amazing sandwiches… everything is made in house. What a great find! I literally stopped in this little strip mall for the lcbo and found this amazing Italian gem. Great food and great service. I’m coming back to try all the other delicious looking baked goods!“
“Tell the elderly lady that when we address her in Serbian-Croatian-Bosnian-Macedonian... language so that she can also speak in her mother tongue because her English is very bad (she refuses customers). As far as the food is concerned, these 5 stars are few and from me you have a clean 10“
“I’m Palestinian, but I have some Bosnian and Serbian friends and I’ve had a lot of Balkan food over the years. This place is in my opinion makes some of the best food I’ve had since I came to Canada. I had a little bit of everything and it’s all excellent, but the Chevapi is 10/10 you have to try it!“
“BEST CHEF AND HOST! SO MUCH WARMTH AND HOSPITALITY. YOU CAN TELL THAT TONY REALLY LOVES HIS WORK.EXPERIENCE : This place gave me authentic vibes, we booked the table for Friday evening and I’d recommend doing that since the restaurant has limited seating. This was the only place where the chef actually greeted and welcomed us.PARKING : There are 4-5 spots to park right in front of the restaurant and since we had made our reservation, Chef came out and mentioned that the parking is taken care of! (Believe it would be applicable to those few spots in front of the restaurants)There is enough street parking options just close to the restaurant.FOOD : We ordered lobsters and shrimp ravioli and penne vodka (just as is without any additions) from the Pasta section of the menu. Both are great choices but keep in mind that the portion sizes are huge (never seen before). When I visit this place next time, I might order just one dish and share with my husband. Ravioli was fantastic, came along with a huge chunk of lobster. The penne was really nice as well, ordering it with mushroom would have been nice as well. Both came with garlic bread, Parmesan cheese, and roasted eggplant and red pepper dip on the side. Garlic bread here is delicious and really how it should be served everywhere, an 11/10!!!DRINKS : we ordered the white and red wine they had on the menu and loved itDESSERT : The chef was kind enough to give us complimentary cannolis. I’ve have had cannolis before but these ones were truly home made. Perfect in terms of sweetness. Highlight of the dinner for sure.“
