Mosaic Kitchen Bar Lounge

Surprisingly calm and pleasant atmosphere, given it's right by the hotel foyer! I was dining alone but it was not awkward or anything and the service was excellent.

As an airport hotel there is a reasonable possibility of it being a busy with travellers but something we should have been warned of in advance was that the Hilton had a children's dance event going on with what appeared to be a couple hundred children & teens, completely overtaking the lobby and common areas with a noise level of cheers and the clattering of tap shoes on stone floors, not to mention the supporting parents and staff of this event filling up not just the parking lot but the hallways and lobby. When such a large scale and noisy event is booked it seems only reasonable that the restaurant should warn patrons in advance; especially since the restaurant is completely open to the lobby. We met family after their 9 hour trans-Atlantic flight and brought then to Mosaic to get away from Pearsno for a dinner before they got on another 10 hr flight to South America. Instead of having the quality of a Hilton hotel restaurant to enjoy a relaxing meal in we were subjected to the sights and sounds of a children's convention. The food was good, the service was up and down (at one point 2 people asked how the food was but then no one came back to take more drink orders, and we had to flag down staff to order dessert or get the tab). It just seemed the whole place was over-extended in their ability to keep the business running in the manner Hilton guests would expect while renting out their salons to this event.

We were appalled by the prices !
32$ for a Caesar salad with 1 small chicken breast ?
We were charged extra for mix for the drinks ?
Coke and tonic should not be an extra charge when a single shot of alcohol was an astronomical $15 each .

Food was below average for the price. Some fries were uncooked and the rest were cold and soggy. Pizza was not hot. Not worth eating here.

Server was amazing! Food was amazing! The two of us had, the Seafood Linguine, Escargot, Cesar Salad and Butter chicken.

Taste of the food is good but the prices are ridiculously high. I ordered a salad with chicken for lunch and it was 32 dollars after tax. The salad was small even though I ordered the larger version. Better to order in or go off the hotel property.

Here for a conference and have had breakfast in Mosaic both mornings - great service, delicious and plentiful food, ordered a custom omelet - perfect! Highly recommend

I have attended an event in hotel here. I felt sick and had dizzy feeling. I left meeting room and sat in bar lounge. I felt absolutely unwell. While sitting there i fell asleep. It helped a lot with mt condition. Chairs and couch is so comfortable. I felt refreshed. Thank you Mosaic for this.
However, a gray haired plumb middle aged lady woke me up by yelling loudly. She is working in Mosaic Bar Lounge. The attitude was so rude and disrespectful. I will never forget this. She should have asked kindly if i need help and why was sleeping there! I felt so judged and humiliated. I would have expected a better approach from such a classy place.
