This has been my go to nespresso location. I'm incredily satisfied by the whole brand and product thus far but what makes this company stand out to me is the customer experience at the store! I went in for the first time after receiving my machine and had no clue which pods to start woth. I was told they don't do samples to take home, however they let me sample full cups of whatever flavours I wanted! Really helped my experience and I walked home with many pods I knew...
Had an amazing experience at Nespresso, Ed helped me out and had such an amazing energy and recommendation. His product knowledge was well respected and hit the spot with every recommendation. Made each coffee brewed with such great detail and left me wanting to buy the whole store! Definitely a location I will be returning to, owing it all to the amazing service I was provided this evening.
I had an amazing experience at Nespresso this past Thursday! The staff were incredibly welcoming and eager to guide me through the different capsules, as it was my first time making a purchase. In particular, an employee named Ed was exceptionally helpful. It was truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. He patiently answered all my questions, helped me select flavours, and even continued assisting me after his shift had ended!
