I usually buy the Chicken OzBox from Osmow’s, but the last two times I had a bad experience. The amount of chicken was very little, fries were too much, and the only vegetable included was lettuce. We spent $33, so please respect your customers and maintain the quality.

Maybe I went at a bad time. I got the chicken poutine around 11pm at night. It was terrible. Fries were soggy and tasted like they'd been sitting around for hours. Chicken was dryer than paper and had next to no flavor. The only thing that was tasty was the garlic sauce. (I asked for tahini on it too, got none) I have had shawarma made by Sam Osmow himself in streetsville back in the day, and this was MILES away from that quality wise.
I tried the chicken shawarma and it was really, really good! It was one of my favourite meals. The chicken shawarma had the perfect flavour — so tasty and full of spices!
Great customer service, manpreet and tanveer was very helpful and I highly recommend coming here!
I just got the beef on the stick menu
They mixed my meat cold and hot and put very little potato.

I’ve been her 4 times and everytime I’m here the service is great! Nice cashier Andrew was polite and the boss was really nice allowed my colleague to warm up her food! Food was delicious
