“A place that makes you feel like Royalty! We have been going to Zauq for such a long time, and there has not been a single time when we have been disappointed with the food, service and ambience. In fact we have been advertising this place to all of our friends. This time, we had a wonderful welcome staff Ms. Balpreet, who was so polite, courteous, and accommodating as I am disabled. Our server, Ms. Baldeep, was also so polite and efficient that it was a treat having our food there. If you have not gone there, please do make it and you yourself will be amazed by the quality of the food, the efficiency of the staff and the beauty of the place!“

“Last night, I had the pleasure of arranging a dinner for my former colleagues from Unilever Pakistan. There were about 40 of us, and I’ve had the privilege of organizing these gatherings for a few years now, each time at a different restaurant. This time, we met at Charsi Karhai, and I have to say, it was truly one of the best experiences we've had. This isn’t just my opinion; everyone who attended had glowing feedback. Here’s why: • Prayer arrangements: Since our dinner was scheduled for 7 pm, around maghrib, many of us wanted to offer prayers. The restaurant already had a decent arrangement in place, which was very thoughtful. • Personalized menu: Gill, the restaurant manager, coordinated with me to fine-tune the menu to our liking. We went back and forth with texts and calls to ensure everything was just right, and I really appreciated the effort. Both Gill and his team member, Bipsha, were extremely helpful throughout. • Private space: Half of the restaurant was allocated to us with a partition set up. This allowed us to have our own space, which gave everyone the chance to mingle freely. It was such a refreshing change from our usual restaurant experiences, where we’d end up seated at separate tables with limited interaction. • Delicious food: The food, as always, was outstanding. We ordered Chicken Karhai, Goat Karhai, Tawa Keema, Bihari Kebab, and Palak Daal. Midway through dinner, Gill suggested adding Kheer for dessert, which was a hit with everyone. We also included tea, which wasn’t in our original plan, but it made the evening even better. • Buffet style: The food was served buffet-style, which made everything so much smoother. There was no clutter on the tables, and everyone could help themselves, ensuring nothing went to waste. It also encouraged people to move around and connect with others, which really added to the warm and social atmosphere. • Excellent service: The service was top-notch. Bipsha and the team were very professional and patient, especially considering the size of our group. • Reasonable prices: The food was priced quite reasonably, especially considering all the extra touches that made the evening so special. • Personal touch: During the dinner, the restaurant owner, Jamshed, came by to check on us. He personally spoke with me to ensure everything was going smoothly and asked if there was anything else they could do to enhance our experience. It was a lovely gesture. One thing I discovered about Charsi Karhai is that they offer a customizable buffet for larger groups, which is quite unique compared to other restaurants. You get to choose the dishes you want rather than sticking to a fixed menu, which I thought was a great option. I know this may sound like I’m promoting Charsi Karhai, but I genuinely mean every word. Your staff was amazing, very accommodating, even helped my mother in her wheel chair 2 people that went out of the way to hep a group of 42 people were Gagan and Priyanshu. They helped with serving, taking my mother wheel chair to the main level with help of another team member and then serving and taking care of all tables All in all we are very happy with the service and are planning to have all our parties at your venue Thanks you all especially Gagan and Priyanshu“

The rice was perfectly cooked, and the blend of spices was spot on, making each bite deliciously satisfying. It had the perfect aroma and richness that you’d expect from authentic biryani, which is hard to find. After the meal, I tried their tea, and it was amazing – soothing, fragrant, and just right to round off the meal.

For vegetarian options, they have a great selection as well. I particularly enjoyed their naan and chana. The naan was soft and fresh, perfect for scooping up the flavorful, well-spiced chana, which was hearty and delicious. Even as a meat lover, I found the vegetarian dishes here really impressive, which makes Grillin Hit a fantastic choice for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

It was my first time visiting that place, and i must say that because of her, i felt like i had been visiting that place for years. On top of that, the food that i tried was very, very good. Will definitely come back. There is only one thing to suggest about customer service. It seemed like it would be better if there were more staff because it seemed like two of those girs were trying so hard to reach out to everyone and everything all at once but I am glad they still managed it gracefully. Despite the kebabs being finished, Nadeem generously offered me a selection of other delicious dishes at no cost. It's rare to find someone who values their customers' experience above all else, but Nadeem embodies this ethos effortlessly. “We were a group of nine people went to Oakville location today for breakfast buffet instead of buffet for 18.99 all you can eat menu was offered, it was justified as less wastage you can keep on ordering. Arsh was very good server polite and pleasant I must add that their toilets were very clean which is very rare in any Pakistani restaurant it confirms that their kitchen would be clean too“
