Not sure why they have such a low rating.
The fish and chips is delicious and so is their tartar sauce. The fries are actually good, not like the stale fries all other fish and chips places serve. Clam chowder is good but not amazing. Prices are very fair for the serving size. They also have daily promos but they were unavailable the couple of times I asked, I might have gone too late in the day and they were out.

Good shrimp tacos. A little slow and opens late or sometimes not open. Frozen items are good too. Cashier was nice.

We had the Fish N' Chips special. Good thing it was a special and we didn't pay full price! Overall appearance looked appealing with herbs and spice in the batter.. BUT the taste was very bland and oily! Food was served on paper which was drenched in oil which made the wrapping paper see through.I would not spend my money here again.

Check out the size of the stringy shrimp compared to the batter. Sad from a restaurant which sells itself on good quality seafood.Although, I must add that the salad it was on was fresh and plentiful.

My family member was violently sick after eating at the square 1 location on Dec 9th 2023 he was vomiting and had a migraine then fever....food poisoned from eating their Fush n chips ...I will call the food inspection on this place for sure and I do advise people to stay away from this restaurant.

They charged us and never gave us our food. We waited 30mins and went back to ask and they said they "FORGOT".We didn't get any apology from the staff and got our refund and left.

Overpriced like crazy, there's nothing special about the fish and chips here, and the portions are laughable, you might as well go to any mom and pop fish and chips spot in the city you'll get the same tasting fish and chips. Plenty of parking due to it being located in the mall, atmosphere is awesome when it's not busy, service is friendly and prompt.

Few months ago we started to eat here to try their oyster promotion and since we were still hungry, we ordered their salmon poke bowl. Ever since that time I have to say I come to eat their salmon poke AT LEAST twice a week. I’m a picky eater and the frequency of my visits speaks for itself. I’m a regular and the staffs recognize me. The portion is abundant, I would say it’s a balance meal overall, and very worth the price especially if you come on Monday for the salmon poke promo for $10.99, what can beat that inside the mall? The pictures here are all from different occasions but since I come here so often I stopped taking pictures for the same menu?

Oysters were raw, no warning beforehand. I’m aware that they are eaten that way, but a substantial number of people wouldn’t know this.Sushi poke bowl had no sort of flavor whatsoever. Looks like somebody had just thrown the ingredients into a bowl.Refund was initially refused but seems to be coming thru.The employees seem pretty demoralized to be working there.I feel bad for everyone involved and frankly, I don’t trust them to be following all the safety procedures.I am going to personally recommend this place for kitchen nightmares.

Had a wonderful Shrimp Tempura Lunch at Square One. The Shrimp came with the most amazing, huge seaweed salad and regular salad under all of those delicious shrimp. The sauce was terrific, I will be returning to try other menu items!
