Service was outstanding, food was very well made, felt like the portions were pretty small for the price. Very tasty, texture on the buffalo chicken was not very crispy or pleasant. One girl was running the whole store and did a very good job of taking care of all three of us. unfortunately, their bottled water is Dasani so they lose a star.

Friendly cashier, good service
Appreciated the grilled veggie options
Great variety of fresh toppings
Overall a healthier fast-food choice

Cons:
Falafel was nearly nonexistent—mostly crushed, barely any protein (others have complained too)
Very messy to eat (could be due to poor wrapping)

Seating area often dirty. Like others, we don't blame the staff. Most often only 1 person working so they handle cash, cooking, etc. It gets busy.To the owner, for safety reasons alone... have 2 staff there. Hope you pay them well as the staff are fantastic. If the long wait as only one staff member present, you will keep losing people coming as you can only wait so long. Again.. not the staff's fault.
