I recently ordered a delivery through the app. Unbeknownst to me I had ordered the new charcoal crust. We were not too pleased as it appeared burnt. Pizza nova delivered what we had ordered, when we realized our mistake we accepted it but customer service at pizza nova still wanted to make it right and give us a credit. Certainly we didn’t need this but they weee very understanding and this approach has only made us more loyal customers. Great approach!!!
I had a great experience thanks to the lady at the front desk. She was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. She greeted everyone with a smile, was patient, and made the whole experience smooth
The pizza from here is delicious - we usually order the Hawaiian and it never disappoints! Not too doughy and always a nice crust.
