The pizza was really good, no complaints there. But the receptionist was very rude and didn’t talk properly. He seemed annoyed when I asked questions and didn’t make me feel welcome at all. It really brought down the whole experience.

Been here many times and the cashiers have always been kind and welcoming to me. Even seen them remain polite to rude or impatient customers.

During rush hours, there should be a separate or priority pick-up line for customers who order and pay through apps. These customers only need to give the last four digits of their phone number to get their pizza. It doesn’t make sense for them to wait 15–20 minutes in the same line as walk-in customers placing new orders.
The manager is very polite, but many staff members are rude. They should receive basic customer service training.
