I ordered a pizza extra cheese online. They advertised for extra 3.50$ its deep dish. For those who know deep dish pizza is like Chicago style, you can look up pictures online. Instead, i got an 2” inch thick dough slices with sprinkled cheese on top. Ended up throwing most of it, to birds outside. This is false advertising and it should be advertised as a thick slice not a deep dish pizzza.

Probably the best "chain store" pizza in Canada! Love to get a slice or two when visiting Toronto. Hope they open branches in Ottawa soon (we need better pizza slices in the nation's capital).

Asked for a capri pizza with a hot sauce. Initially, the guy asked me we would charge you for hot sauce. In the site its no where written hot sauce is extra. Then after he literally put too much hot sauce , made the pizza drenched into hot sauce. See pic attached. And also he is being arrogant to me for putting that much. That is a worst customer service you can provide.
The staff at the Pizzaiolo location in Markland Woods plaza consistently provide excellent and friendly customer service and their pizza is always very good.

I need to share ,I was so annoyed today by having pizza at this location,I never saw something like these ,all these years I’m living here in Toronto and GTA, we ordered medium veggie pizza ,which wasn’t really medium ,was something between small and medium for 30$ !!!!!! And after all the pizza was half empty and the bread wasn’t even at all ,as you will see in the picture,I hope people would do their job responsibly and respectfully and doing their best no matter where they work and what job title they have,we ate the pizza just because we were so hungry after work ,otherwise I would return the pizza and having the money back and going to some other places which you get what you pay for ,that’s big cheating on people,I wish people would learn how to be more fair ,that was waste of money and time today to eat at this pizza IOLO unfortunately.

Wow, Pizzaiolo delivered a delicious pizza! It was a little pricey, but on par for mid-range pizza shops ($23 for a medium well-dressed pizza). I really enjoyed my Spinotta, and those in my family who got the pepperoni enjoyed theirs, too. The garlic bread/pizza was decent. We ordered online for pick-up, and all went smoothly. I look forward to trying other flavours on their menu!
