I've always loved the unique flavours and topping combinations Pizzaiolo has. There's something for everyone. Large, thin slices with quality ingredients. Easy to grab a slice to go, and they're decently priced. The staff at this location are sweet and friendly, too.

It’s a shame because they make really good pizzas but their customer service and wait times are out of control. I placed an order for pick up well in advance so well that it was an hour and a half in advance and when I came to pick it up the person at the cash told me that they were super busy today and that they needed 10 to 15 minutes so I complied and said yes and sat down a few minutes later another man shows up to pick up his order and the guy says he needs 20 minutes to which the other customer explained that every time they come to this location, he has to wait … keep note of that…
The way that I was sitting in this establishment for an extra 30 minutes beyond my pick up time because they just started making my pizza WHEN I showed up to pay and pick up the pizza. No apologies no comp nothing. And when I asked for my receipt, they also made me wait for that because they couldn’t figure out how to use their own computer to print a receipt.
It’s obvious that they were scrambling as they did not make my order in time for the pick up time that was agreed upon because my first bite of my delicious pizza had a hair in it.!! the older man running the place kept saying they were super busy today, however, in the 35 minutes that I was sitting at the restaurant, only one other person walked in to which they also had to wait for their pizza that they set for pick up.

After a long day exploring Toronto, we decided to wind down with takeout from Pizzaiolo on Bloor Street and it did not disappoint. We ordered the Honey Heat Pepperoni, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly baked, with a satisfying chew and just the right crispness. The pepperoni delivered a gentle kick of heat, beautifully balanced by the sweetness of honey, creating a flavor profile that was both bold and comforting.
There was a distinct Chicago-style vibe to the pizza that we really enjoyed, hearty, generous, and deeply satisfying. It arrived still hot, which made the experience even better, and the price was very reasonable for the quality. This is a pizza we’d definitely order again, and Pizzaiolo has earned a spot on our go-to list for future visits to Toronto.

I ordered a pizza extra cheese online. They advertised for extra 3.50$ its deep dish. For those who know deep dish pizza is like Chicago style, you can look up pictures online. Instead, i got an 2” inch thick dough slices with sprinkled cheese on top. Ended up throwing most of it, to birds outside. This is false advertising and it should be advertised as a thick slice not a deep dish pizzza.
