First time visiting & it was great. They have things that reminded me of my childhood, when my parents made much of the stuff themselves. Very friendly staff, great pricing & quality .
the best Hungarian food n always very pleasant customers service I drive 2hrs just to shop here please never close xoxo
I had heard many good things about Blue Danube so I was excited to buy some items from them. I must say I was totally disappointed and will not be going back. Their Hurka and Pogacsa were the worst that I've ever had.

Blue Danube Sausage House Ltd. is a favorite spot for fans of Hungarian food. The schnitzel and sauerkraut are highly recommended, and the roasted bacon, sausage, crepes, and desserts are mouth-watering. The meat portions are generous and delicious, offering great value for the price. The friendly service adds to the old-school charm of the place. Visitors praise the high-quality pastries and the rich, flavorful soups. The cake slices are super delicious, and the strudel is flaky, light, and not heavy like in other bakeries. The store offers a variety of Hungarian meats, including house-made csabai, csabettes, salamis, and Pillers Szeged salami, which are often bought to stock up at home. The smoked Polish sausage is better than the fresh Hungarian sausage, and the frozen sausages from Britain, Ireland, and Romania are available alongside bacon, spices, and snacks. Customers appreciate the warm, nostalgic atmosphere that reminds them of home, especially the smell that brings back memories of their grandmother's house. The hot table isn't reviewed, but the overall quality, friendly staff, and good prices make it an excellent place to enjoy Hungarian foods. Don't forget to take a number at the deli counter to avoid missing out.
