I ordered online the night before for an 11:20am pick up, for a party size pizza. I get there at 11:26am and the employee tells me it isn't ready yet, it'll take 5-10mins. "Is that ok" he says. Do I have a choice? I wait in my car. I come back 10 mins later, buddy tells me it's still not ready, his excuse now is that workers didn't show up. I have to wait another 10 mins for an order I made to take to a picnic which I'm now late for. So basically, this place SUCKS. I won't be coming here to order anything

I wish I checked the reviews before I stopped at this location. Usually, I like this chain, but this place is a disaster. When I arrived, they hadn’t even started my order despite it being twice the stated preparation time. When I finally got the pizza, it tasted horrible. I’m pretty sure that they buy lower quality ingredients from somewhere to save money. Would never go back.

This place should be fined. I ordered off of uber eats the "buy one get one" deal. I PAID for toppings and they literally out no toppings in there. They also don't know how to make a panzerotti. Here in Canada , a panzerotti is FILLED & STUFFED. Cheap people running a disgusting business . THEY NEED TO BE CHARGED. I want a refund!

Pizza taste is nasty (garbage food) Very poor service, greedy peoples - they are charging over money , each pizza slice $8.50 and no drink ,
I ordered Uber eats and the guy was nice. The panzerotti I ordered looks good but the pizza I ordered was burnt. There’s pathetic amount of pineapple and the pepperoni looks dried up.

FLIES FOOD Went to grab quick cheese slice, and guy is out for delivery. Waited 5 mins delivery drive came and open the door.went in and saw this army of flies feeding on veggie slice. This is fourth time I saw same unhygienic food practice. Server was just like I just work here. Bunch of Gujus run this Ratatouille.

Great pizza and good wings. Delicious stone-baked pizza. Very fast service. Service is usually great aside from a few miscommunication here and there. Sometimes I deal with different people and they are not-so-great but there's a few dudes that are really cool. Overall favorite pizza place and I consider myself a regular.
