I went there during the week at about 9:30 pm and they were out of mild chicken and I didn't want spicy. Gurpreet was very kind and said she could do the mild chicken for me but would be a little wait which I did not mind. She was very polite and made sure i got what I wanted. The food is very good. The chicken is fresh and crispy. The fries are crispy and well seasoned. This location is particularly nice and has spacious seating away from the main counter. However, there was one girl in particular this evening that didn't greet me, didn't say hello in response to mine and didn't ask me what I wanted to order while i was stabdinf there. She just stared at me uncomfortably. Also, I asked for spicy tenders but only received the plain ones....
Great food and wonderful customer service from “Gurpreet,”she knew the food menu like the back of her hands. We ordered the “Tuesday combo” and she made sure that everything was freshly served. The shop is clean and well maintained and you can see the staff applying the rule “time to lean time to clean” .
Will surely order again and thumbs up to the closing team.
