very typical. reasonable value when looking at some of their value menu items or daily deals

I love popoyes chicken but unfortunately this location had me disappointed with the service.
They girls are the counter were rude and made me feel weird when I went I asked for much longer for my order.
Initially I was told 8-10 mins and I only went to ask after waiting for 20 mins.
And they rudely responded that can’t you see were busy.
Pretty disappointing behaviour

Very disappointing experience at the Popeyes location on 55 Square One Drive. I ordered a 16-piece chicken meal along with biscuits, French fries, and onion rings. The wait time was much longer than expected, and the service was poor from start to finish. The server was not friendly or courteous, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

To make matters worse, the food portions were disappointing. The French fries were significantly under-portioned and did not reflect what I paid for. As a customer, I expect respectful service, reasonable wait times, and the correct portions.

Unfortunately, this visit fell short on all three. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

This location needs to be more consistent. Why is it that sometimes when I go I get the bottled soda and other times I get handed the cup to go dispense soda. This time I decided to ask for the bottled soda and the cashier told me that it was an extra charge?? I’ve never paid extra for it….

Closes early for dine-in even though the location shows as open until 2AM. Very misleading and unprofessional of them.

The service is really bad. Most of the time they give incomplete order. Please recheck before leaving and not trust their words. They don’t even pick phone.

Amazing service from start to finish! Mandeep was incredibly friendly and welcoming she really made the experience enjoyable. Sandy was also wonderful and made sure everything was clean, organized, and running smoothly. The gentleman preparing the chicken in the back was very kind as well. The chicken was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. Overall, the staff were fantastic and created such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent customer service from the manager Mandeep and the employees Sandy and Hanjy! They made sure our order was prepared with extra caution readiness. Such a nice snd friendly team, definitely will be coming back!

I went in between 1:50and 2:05 pm may 28 2026. I didnt place order because the employee in front was using phone and serving food

When there to place an order colleague and the manager saying the place is closed, it was on a Sunday at 10:00PM they just didn’t want to serve people

Savepreet and her colleague I came there at 10 PM? The staff saying they’re closing but they close at 12am asked to make an order and did not want to serve me to start speaking in their language kind of felt like discrimination. saying we’re closed and we don’t have this probably one of the worst service I ever served
