The vibes are a little weird at this place but the sandwich is so good so I can’t resist it buttt they did give me less fries so that was kind of annoying. Still, The staff is pretty nice and the restaurant is clean so that’s nice as well!

hello management team of Popeye can you please there is this lady that works at the Lakeshore Rd., Lakeshore and Kipling Popeyes and everything else is OK but she stink oh my God you know you can lose your whole appetite just because of her sweat smell can you guys please tell her to clean her herself up thank you

This is my first review I ever have made, and I just had to make it for this location. I have been coming to this location for years, and every time I have enjoyed the service and the food! One of the workers named Laiba, has a great attitude and smile, and is always quick with my order! My wife absolutely adores her and makes her feel welcomed every time. Overall, the staff is nice and fast, the restaurant is kept clean, and I am always satisfied with my order. Keep up the good work.

I usually dont review fast food places unless the service is really good and yes their service was very good. Special shoutout to my girl Laiba working on cash, my mom was very confused on what to deal would get her the best bang for her buck and Laiba pulled out coupons that we didn’t even know existed and helped us decide which would be the better option for us. She was very patient and not pushy at all and adept at giving helpful recommendations for what to order. Overall she was great! So was the food, i mean its popeyes its always good.

Update: I’m adding a picture of the receipt because I don’t appreciate being gaslit by the duty manager in her response to my review and accused of posting a review erroneously. I understand the impact of a negative review and I don’t take it lightly and only post what is accurate and fair.

Raw chicken!! This is so bad. My kids already ate some before I noticed it and now I’m worried about food poisoning! The whole batch was bad. Ordered via Uber eats. Will not order from there again.

Raw pink chicken sent via Ubereats.
My kids ate it and showed me after that the chicken was pink inside. My son's stomach started to hurt shortly after. I am calling the store for answers but no one is picking up at all. I cannot imagine the sheer negligence in cooking and sending raw meat
