Decent place. A little dim at some places around the premise.

Noisy AC; good thing we didn't need it for the night.
Ice machine REALLY need professional deep cleaning. If you bend down and look up toward where the ice come out, you can see some black mold built up, which definitely touched the ice while they came out.

Very close to the Pearson International Airport. Even though it's close to the airport you can't hear the noise from the planes. Breakfast is included but it is mediocre. There is no pool available. A gym is.
Helpful and very professional front desk, had a smooth check in with Mr Arman on Sep 12. Clean room. Only bad thing is the bed is too soft for me and my family members.

The Quality Inn Airport West is an ordinary hotel with friendly staff at the reception, but the breakfast preparation could use some improvement. The rooms have a modern look, and the hotel offers a sauna and a gym, although the sauna was not working during the stay. The location is near the airport, but a bit far from the city center. Overall, the hotel provides a satisfactory experience with room for growth, and it is highly recommended by guests.
