Walls are very thin, you can hear any noise / conversation that ppl are having in the rooms beside you. Very annoying as the person next to me was loud until 3:30am, they have the cleaning people going around at 7:30 am which you hear entirely, they don’t have the privacy thing to put on the door so the clean ppl start banging on your door at 8am… check out is 11 but bc they come so early and you don’t have the privacy door they wake you up, barely slept, woken up by staff, noisey place and overall just old. Really don’t appreciate the being woken up though especially when there’s 3 hrs left to check out. Not to mention I told the cleaning ppl no thank you and the man continued to bang on my door and ask if I’m checking out … it’s 8am and checkout is 11 there is no reason anyone should be at my door so early … wouldn’t recommend

I’m giving this hotel 1 star, only reason being is that the rooms, hallways and outdoors are dirty. Low maintenance on cleaning and poor management, I will say they staff has been decent but other than that this place is far from a nice stay. I have problems with the management regarding to safety and health concerns as in random people came in the hotel in the past and tried breaking into my room, when addressed with the situation to the manager he says to me “we like to reassure you’re safe here” not very reassuring when nothing was done to the individual or no actions were done to reassure my stay till a month later. A health concern I will bring up is lack of cleaning as in no vacuuming done in my room for a while or ever, hallways reek of garbage and one incident was that there was even bugs in one of the rooms.

Staff is pleasant. Manager could improve his people skills. Very rude when we tried to adress any issues.Government packed place with refugees. Do not waste your money on this location now. I've been there for a year. It was good at first. Government brought first group of refugees and messed it up. Now there's a second group and they are destroying the place. I am not against helping people out but we have alot of homeless citizens who could use the same help.

Had a family member stranded at Pearson. Called and got a price of $330. For one night. Asked if the girl could hold that for 20 minutes so I could discuss with stranded family member. Called back and found that the price had gone up to $450. Lost it over the compsny and representatives lack of compassion. and will never use a hotel owned by that company ever!

Hotel wouldn’t honor vouchers from Air Canada for a room after our flight was delayed overnight. Currently about 20 people in the lobby because they won’t accept any vouchers.

Better off staying closer to the airport price-wise. Dissatisfied after my stay here in the middle of construction. Staff unhelpful. Not sure how you managed to ‘shift’ my review to the address instead of the hotel.

A hotel that deserves its rating. Comfortable bed, bathroom products in place (soap, shampoo, etc.). Lunch provided with the room which is quite good. Good place to stay for a few nights while traveling, as it is also close to the Toronto airport

Indian elderly night porter. He treated us badly. We didn't understand why. All other employees were friendly and well behaved. He also told us that he was Canadian even though he was Indian. very shameful.
