Friendly Staff and Amazing Boba!

Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever.if I can give a 0 rating I would absolutely ridiculous.

Not only are their drinks great, the employees that there are awesome. Sometimes we engage in conversations, sometimes we don't, either way, the energy is awesome at this location

The service and staff are great... but really? Paper straws!!!! The cups are plastic why have these disgusting paper straws? They become that I can barely enjoy the drink

I got strawberry banana smoothie. It had the best taste ever.

Online it says it closes 1:30am on Sunday and when I got to the store at 12am it was closed. You should update your online times to reflect this so people don’t waste there time coming here.

I hve tried many locations but this one was the worst. My drink tastes like water and We order a smoothie too that was so liquidy. Not recommended. Even the customer service, specifically the asian guy, zero respect for customers, he doesn’t even know about the items in menu. Totally disappointed. I hope the Real Fruit’s Head quarter look after it.

Best Mango Diamond Slush!

Thanks to Renne (apologies for the spelling) we had a great experience. We were hoping for some riper mangos for our smoothies. I went to check your variety of mangoes on the sides and found some really ripe ones. I brought them over to Renne, I was happy to pay for them for our smoothies, but she just restarted our order and used the ripe mangoes provided.

Amazing customer service.

Being going to this location for many years. This is the first time that I could not pay in cash as they were “busy”. Yeah, right! I was the third customer and the four behind the counter were chatting with each other. Certainly not going back. Their staff need to be trained in customer service.

The black girl at front doesnt know how to take order and gave us large bubble tea without bubble . And later when asked for topiaca and paid she put in new glass and balance smoothie she threw . And topiaca she put was super hard .

Stopped by this location and was really impressed with how quick the service was, especially through the self-order kiosk. We tried the taro, avocado, and mango bubble teas—all tasted fresh and delicious. It's a great location especially for how late they stay open!The only small complaint I have is that the self-order kiosk didn't give our receipts as it was out of paper but it was quite late when we went so it's understandable. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this location!

I honestly couldn’t believe how bad this location was. I drink Real Fruit Bubble Tea almost every day, since I drive from one location to other location I have tried almost most of the other locations — but this one? Total disappointment.

The second I walked in, it felt like I entered a nightclub instead of a bubble tea shop. The music was insanely loud, I couldn’t even hear myself speak, and the staff couldn’t hear me either. I had to repeat my order multiple times just to get it across. It was uncomfortable and chaotic.

Then came the smoothie — honestly, I’d rather drink water. It was, weak, and tasted nothing like what I’m used to from Real Fruit. Same drink I always order, but somehow it was just… bad. No care, no consistency. I also paid extra to add extra real fruit but I can tell you they don’t even add any fruit it’s all watery.

This location seriously needs to get it together — both in quality and atmosphere. I’ll stick to the other Real Fruit locations that actually serve something worth paying for. Worst experience ever when it comes to quality no real fruit I better buy some water from Gas station

Waste of Money , Waste of time I travelled 15 minute from Mississauga.

It’s clear this location is not using the proper ingredients or cutting corners to save costs. I will be reporting this to Public Health and Food Safety authorities for investigation for sure. If anyone had same issue please report.

Other Real Fruit locations are doing it right — but this one is ruining the name. Avoid it at all costs.
