Went in to make an order and the person at the counter thought I was a delivery driver. I asked them if I looked like a delivery driver, they laughed and said yes. I ordered 2 drinks and they forgot to put the straws in the bag. Good bubble tea, unpleasant customer service

On Friday February 28th, near opening time I came in to buy 2 Regular Size Mango Smoothies with Tapioca and Lychee Jelly. As I was making the purchase using Apple Pay the transaction went through on my side (all times) but the lady working asked for me to try again, which I did (using another card) and was told that the machine is malfunctioning for some reason. I tried one last time and finally the lady told me it’s good. I noticed that day on my bank statement I was charged for 3 transactions but thought they would not go through. Today I checked my statement and have seen that all 3 times that I tapped my card I was charged for both drinks each time. I have emailed them about this issue and tried calling multiple times. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION, as they do not care about you.

The drinks at this Real Fruit shop are fantastic, fresh, delicious, and absolutely worth trying. However, the experience is completely ruined by the paper straw. For a drink like this, using a paper straw is the worst possible choice. It falls apart halfway through, leaving you with soggy bits of paper in your mouth. It’s frustrating and honestly takes away from how good the drinks are. Either switch to a better alternative or improve the quality of these straws.

On top of that, the music in this branch is way too loud. It would be much more enjoyable if they turned it down a bit.

The mango diamond slush at this location was the worst we experienced in years! The slush is watery, full of sugar syrup and felt like a juice rather than the diamond slush we are fond of!

Recently they removed the option to add more than one topping for the small size!! That’s so outrageous, felt like they ruined the feeling for the beloved drink
