We went for Happy Hour and to watch the Jays game. TVs were very blurry, food and drinks were ok. But the service was fantastic!!

Only booked here because OpenTable was showing a patio option. Got there and they said patio wasn't open yet for the season. Why take reservations for outdoor seating if you can't honor it?

Food was great but was a little disappointed as I would have loved a second margarita but the waitress didn't actually return to see if we needed anything after we got our meals and never saw her again until we got our bill. We weren't asked about desert either. The restaurant wasn't overly busy. Everything else was good.

Kelsey's is a good choice for a Neighborhood Eatery. i would highly recommend the Chicken Quesadillas for an appetizer. The service was very good. If I visit Toronto again, I will definitely return.

My first time trying Kelsey's and I was happy with my experience. I went with my cousin and we had a cheese spinach dip which was good but I have had better. Then, I got the wings(original) and they were pretty good and decent sized for the price and my cousin got the quesadilla which she said was okay. Overall, I'm happy with my experience since the food was affordable and tasty. The service was pretty fast as well which was good.

Being a busy Thursday night, I guess it was cause for the server to not bring the right drink and just bring water - when advised, Server unapologetically rebuttaled with ''Oh, I didn't hear that!'', and the drink brought after two tables were served. Also, an entrée was taken down but not brought/applied to order so we just did without it. Probably best to go during lunch since dinner time is too much for the Servers to handle.

Good pan fried natchos. Excellent steak and cheese melt sandwich with delicious soft bun. Meat cooked 100% as ordered. Restaurant was clean, well laid out, nice decor and good space at tables with views of tvs to watch sports. Only gripe was that air conditioning was set too cold and continussally blew. Waitress is very nice gave us excellent suggestions and did not rush us. Enjoyed celebrating 60th birthday. Will return.

Great except for what you classify as "energetic" noise level, was actually down right LOUD. Understandable with two LARGE tables with 25 yr olds+/-, however, I it was soooo loud that we could not hear each other at our table of 5. Would have been nice if they had placed these large groups elsewhere or even asked that they keep the level down to an 8 vs a 15 out of 10. Food was fantastic, price good. The large group held up our server from getting back to us with our bill.

Food is always relatively consistent at this location, my concern is the inconsistency in relation to the service. The person that served us, was ok, but she appeared to be overwhelmed with her service area and perhaps it could be a reason why her demeanor was not very positive, or she was just having a bad day. It's not the first time we have experienced this with other servers at this location and it's been a hit and miss for a while. When ordering, I wanted to add more items to my order and she appeared to be in a rush to go and deal with another matter. I had also left my side plates after the appetizers on the side to be picked up, in order to obtain new side plates and the plate was ignored and there was no inquiry if we would like a clean plate. Although, the food arrived in great temperature, the customer service side, was lacking for one reason or another and that service makes a difference on the experience. I think more staff is needed in order to maintain the consistency with the positive service that is expected. We tend to go this location once or twice a month and just wanted to share some feedback.

Server wasn't as attentive as we'd like. We don't expect much, but the service wasn't up to any standard, respectfully. Dined in for ribs, but no ribs were available. Had we known 15 minutes prior to waiting, we would've saved some time to head over to Montanas.
