EXPIRED stuff!! Gave us mouth freshner expired back in Feb' 2022. When we complained, the server was least bothered. He didn't even throw expired stock and kept serving to next customer. He was not even apologetic, as if its a normal thing. Pathetic place.

At this location Royal Paan don’t have customer washroom . As of city law they must have a customer washroom. They told me to go in next door another restaurant to use the washroom and I went there they only allowing their own customer which is good. So Royal Paan needs to make their own customer washroom.. customer service is poor using headphones while serving the customers

I visited with my friend to enjoy and eat paan but it was disappointing as the paan were costly and they were so small I feel like they should do better
New owner is rude. No manners. Interferes in our personal conversations . Not allowing seniors or any person to sit and enjoy. Jealous . Not the same atmosphere. Please do not visit this place. Owner not fit to run this franchise. He has some personal issues. Tc guys. Airport and Derry 👎

Today went for Dahi Ballay and mango juice. The mango juice has nothing near to mango taste. it was just vanilla taste, very disappointing. Then the dahi bhallay (Dahi vara) was the worst we ever had. Seriously! It was as if they actually wanted us never to return to this shop again. The guy also said tell us what you need coz you will not understand what is writen in the menu. Really?
