A beautiful nice place with very good ambiance. A nice place to relax yourself with your friends or significant other. We visited this place for our anniversary dinner, loved the setup and environment. They have lige dj, belly dancing and special dance performance. The appetizers are good and they make you try everything that's offered probably. If you can compromise on food being a little cold but fresh and tasty you can enjoy your time there. The staff and nice and welcoming, your tables and floors are clean, restrooms don't smell bad infact they maintain the place. If you love Sheesha they have it. They also offer alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks to suit all kinds of needs. Music can get loud when the party starts after midnight but, that's my opinion and most people might like it. I would recommend this place and one should go and have fun there.

I changed my rating to 1 star now as the owner response clearly missed the point and scamming people is clearly planned.

I posted the original review and owner response how he turned the response to economics, taxes and so justifying lieing on prices and hiding details is part of the game.

Lets answer the chicken nuggets for kids at $30 plus mandatory tip . This was not clearly pointed out to customers or communicated when we got there. You clearly assumed that chicken nuggets at $30 wad a safe bet, while everywhere else in the Canada you speak of price kids at a cheaper price for a lesser portion unless clearly defined in a menu or in the ad . So deciding that $10 meal should be priced at $30 without clearly informing customer is not ethical never mind just wrong.

Further more , on your comment of economy making it more expensive and how you have to pay waiters so again justifying your mandatory tips. Let me break the news , you are running a business and employee is your responsibility in Canada and as defined by the government that makes things expensive for us . Since employee is your responsibility, you are the one that should be paying them not forcing the customer to pay their salary for you . A tip should never be mandatory and it is mainly used for customer appreciation of service received. And as I said earlier , if it is mandatory then clearly define it or add it to your prices . But I do see through your response that this is how you want to run your business, price food competitive then all the other fees will have your customers paying for

Now I will make sure I don't walk into this place , my family . I will also make sure when we go out in large group to steer clear and suggest many other options to my friends

We visited Sahara yesterday for their New Year's Eve party, and it was a truly wonderful experience.

The atmosphere was beautiful and full of energy, the organization was excellent, and the music was great and uplifting.

The service was quick, and the staff were respectful and helpful.

Honestly, it's a place we highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back.

They sell you a $13 bottle of garbage wine for $75 (Jackson Triggs). The food is mediocre at best. Appetizers are ok, but the kebobs are super dry. The music was unbearably loud. This is just a big restaurant, not a lounge.

the service was garbage it took them 40 minutes to get us our drinks and the server was so rude and unfriendly and unprofessional. she kept ignoring us.

We were extremely dissatisfied with the service. After the food was brought to us twice, it was still cold both times, which is unacceptable. The simplicity of the dishes does not justify a lack of care, attention, or basic quality control.

In addition, a gratuity was automatically added to the bill without any prior notice or clear communication, which was disappointing and unprofessional.

That said, the atmosphere was very nice, especially considering it was Yalda night, and the overall ambiance was enjoyable. Unfortunately, a good atmosphere alone cannot make up for poor service, food quality, and lack of transparency. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this establishment.

Super majestic magic

I went there for Christmas Party with my colleague overall is good but about food didn’t get much variety in vegetarian. If you are vegetarian this place is not for you. Music is good.

Sahara Restaurant, and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, everything was so well-organized. The staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly the entire night. The food was incredible
The owner was wonderful to work with always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to help us through the planning process. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great the night was, and so many of our friends and family have already said they’ll be coming back.
