The worst restaurant I've been to in Canada. Unfortunately, I made a reservation two days in advance. I told them that we were five people and we wanted a special table. When we arrived at the restaurant, they didn't find a reservation for us. After much effort, they gave us a table in a bad place. The food was in very, very small quantities and tasted very, very bad. The service was bad and very slow. When I told them about this, they replied that many of the employees didn't show up for work (I don't know if they have someone who is supposed to have an emergency plan for these cases). I don't recommend going to this place at all because it's not worth any amount you pay there.

I visited around 7:15pm to check the place hoping it'll be with good vibes for the night, doors were closed and staff were around entering and looking at me without a single word back to me even with full eyes contact. Obviously a low motivated staff who doesn't give a shit about potential customers. I think this xan tell what kind of places is this

The experience was honestly a disaster from start to finish, The service was extremely slow and unprofessional, The food was not good — in fact, it was gross. 🤢 Even the bread wasn’t fresh, and the main dish tasted like disappointment. To make things worse, the prices were ridiculously high for what we got. And the staff? Not friendly, not helpful… just standing around like they don’t even wanna be there.

The shisha here is honestly one of the best around – smooth, flavorful, and always fresh. Whether you’re into double apple, mint, or grape, they’ve got you covered.
As for the food – wow. Every dish is full of flavor and clearly made with care. From the juicy grilled meats to the mouthwatering appetizers, you can really taste the quality. Everything is well-seasoned, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented.
Highly recommended if you’re in the mood for great food, amazing shisha, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Yalla Sawa is definitely a hidden gem – shoutout to Abu Yousef for running such a great spot
