My father went to order it was his first time travelling internationally he doesnt speak english . I was on call to help him navigate and order before i was trying to order online so it would save his energy and time but the website showed it closed at 10.30 pm but then we saw there were still people there so i asked my father to ask if they are still accepting orders SHE SAID OBVIOUSLY AS YOU CAN SEE mind you i was on the call and she knew it
a simple YES OR NO would’ve worked too
I get it she might be tired but you dont have to be so rude to people
He has BLOOD PRESSURE ISSUES, is DIABETIC AND VEGETARIAN so many diet restrictions so i was just trying to help him he was already so anxious and tired i was just flabbergasted with her answer
He just wanted some tea and water but then some other punjabi girl working there heard this and helped him

The worst starbucks ever....The staff was so rude....and they did not bother to care about their customers.....These folks don't understand 'what is customer service'? They need proper and professional training to meet the standards of 'STARBUCKS'

The staff could not move any slower. The line is long, and they were moving at a sloths pace. Complete slow motion I'm all about having fun and laughing at the job, but when there is so many people waiting... they need to move a little faster. I saw the lady hold the cup lid for about 1 minute talking to her coworker before putting it on. They also got my order wrong which didnt help.

The staff was really disappointing. They got my order wrong, and when I came back to let them know, the Indian girl who took the order didn’t seem to trust or care about what I said. She told me to go talk to the other Muslim girl making the drink. I had to explain the situation multiple times, which was frustrating. On top of that, they all showed attitude and unhappy expressions, and no one apologized — very different from the friendly service I’ve experienced at other Starbucks locations. I waited for her to remake my drink, and when she gave it to me, she didn’t say anything and seemed bothered by me. I was really upset. This has been the worst Starbucks location I’ve been to in 10 years.

Drinks do not turn out as expected - both drinks I ordered for myself and my Fiancée were more diluted than normal, even though both were ordered with regular ice.

We heard someone ahead of us mentioning this same issue as well - and the workers at the location refused to rectify the issue - even when, to us, the cofee based drink was clearly far more diluted than normal.

There’s lady name Swanjit is so rude . I was surprised that I have young kid we order sandwich drinks and water bottles we ask for a cup of hot water to mix milk she said go to the fountain and get it . I wonder does she have children or not ? Startbuck culture always offer cold or hot water for their customers who eat or drink in their coffee shop at the time .

I ordered a venti Matcha Frappuccino with 5 scoops of matcha and half sweet, which is my go-to drink and something I’ve ordered many times before.

However, the cashier informed me that they could not adjust the sugar level — something I’ve never encountered as an issue in the past. When I received my drink, it was overly sweet and lacked the usual matcha color, suggesting it did not have the amount of matcha I requested and paid extra for.

I raised my concern with the cashier, explaining that the drink did not match what I ordered. She insisted that the drink was made correctly and contained the extra matcha, but based on both taste and appearance, this did not seem accurate. When I requested that the drink be remade, her response and attitude were dismissive and unprofessional, which made the experience even more disappointing.

I am a regular customer who frequently orders from your store, and I generally enjoy your drinks. However, I had a very disappointing experience today that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order for an iced shaken espresso and a serving of the mini pancakes. While the pancakes were prepared promptly and served within two minutes—which I appreciated—the drink took approximately 20 minutes to be made. I understand that your store can get busy, and I was happy to wait. What upset me, however, was the unprofessional and dismissive behavior of the staff member who handed me the drink. Without a word or eye contact, the drink was placed on the counter and the employee walked away. When I noticed that my grande iced shaken espresso was only half full, I called out, “Excuse me,” but received no response. Upon repeating myself, the staff member finally turned around, again without saying anything or making eye contact. When I expressed my concern—explaining that I had waited 20 minutes and paid nearly $10 for a drink that was not only poorly made but also delivered with rudeness—she attempted to top off the drink with milk in front of me. This is not acceptable. I did not order a simple iced coffee with milk; I ordered an iced shaken espresso, which has a specific recipe and preparation method. I’m unsure whether a manager was present at the time, but experiences like this reflect poorly on your store’s standards. Customers come in hoping for a drink that adds a little joy to their day—not an interaction that leaves them feeling dismissed and disrespected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address both the quality control and customer service standards with your team.

We stopped here for iced coffee while waiting for our flights. The place was clean, and the service was fine, but our drinks didn’t turn out as expected. Despite asking for no sugar, something seemed off—the coffee had an unusual taste, almost as if sugar had been added, but not sure.

Unfortunately, by the time we noticed, we were already too far away to go back and wait in line again to have it fixed. Overall, a bit disappointing.
