The wortst starbucks ever. I wish I could give -100. All staff don't know how to say sorry. Asked for less ice but I got a cup of full ice coffee. Staff said "if it says less ice, this is less ice" NOT WORTH EVERY

Terrible, worst Starbucks I’ve had. Not only did they give my lactose intolerant girlfriend a milk flat white despite her ordering oat, but were very rude and didn’t seem to care when we complained.

My recent Starbucks visit was a bit off. I ordered my usual Pumpkin Chai Tea Latte, but the cashier seemed a bit frustrated with my order, sighing and repeating it several times like it was something unusual. When I got my drink, it tasted more like apple syrup than chai, which was disappointing.

Horrible experience! Went to tell them they made my coffee wrong with the wrong milk...as I'm allergic to dairy...they're like we can't do anything and have to wait for the manager! Stood there for 15 minutes and Noone. They kept ignoring me ....never again at this terminal at this one!

In my case it took 17 minutes which included queuing up at cashier and 13minutes until receiving my latte. This is neither good for the customers on their way to their respective gates, nor can Starbucks make any money like this.

I was at this location around 10am and the team was extremely professional and very friendly. The atmosphere was very positive and a lot of smiling faces from the employees. Very nice to see such enthusiasm and positive energy
CALLED BAR:120 NOW. Was 9h10pm.. just one customer and after i bought my food, it went to chose a table . A guy yell at me: hey man, these tables are closed .. He had a really bad attitude not explaining why.. i guess he didn't want clean these 5 tables.

Worst service of any Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I would be embarrassed if I were Starbucks to allow this damage to my brand. They can’t get orders right and are rude to customers.
