Amazing staffs, room service are excellent, breakfast are so lovely and delicious. Pool and gym are amazing. Will loved to stay here for next travel again. We recommend this hotel to other people that will travelling to toronto for vacation.
They were the worse customer service- the only pet that cared was the cleaning lady she was more concerned with the live wire exposed after the fixture fell down no one came for hours and then I was told bc it’s one person and he’s on break
Whenever I'm unable to find a hotel within my company's restrictive booking policies that's closer to the city, I always stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at the airport. Excellent location and staff is always attentive. The hotel restaurant is a great option with delicious choices. If you are without a car, or ability to Uber, there aren't many restaurants within walking distance so the on site dining is a great choice. I'm glad this hotel has negotiated rates with my company because I always enjoy staying here. The upgraded rooms with the bamboo flooring are very nice!
Spent a night here before flying back to U.K. Arrived about 16.30 on the 17th July. Check in staff lovely and friendly. Room lovely and clean could not fault it. Went to get some ice down the corridor but machine broken . A room cleaner saw and came to help took our ice bucket and filled it ..wish I had taken her name. Ate in the hotel restaurant as not a lot else about. Meal okay but not really to my taste and one of the staff called Indi clearly did not want to be there . She was quite rude and banging about. Check out.....what a miserable receptionist!!complete change from Check in .. The hotel serves its purpose ..
The service was friendly and helpful. The underground parking worked well for us while we were away. The restaurant was expensive, but our waiter was so kind it made up for the meal. The rooms were large, but not so clean. It is need of some deep cleaning and repairs. Chalking in the shower was dirty, laminate floors were chipped, stain on the rug. Close to airport so okay for overnight.
Beautiful new hotel. Oversized rooms. Very comfortable beds. Clean and new appointments throughout. Because it is across from the airport, the price is high and $20 per day for parking. No breakfast. You have to decide whether the proximity to the airport is worth the extra cost, otherwise it is a 20 minute drive to find hotels in a lower price point. Definitely a necessity/convenience hotel, rather than a destination hotel. Nevertheless, it's always our first choice when we are forced into a layover.
The hotel staff checked me out without my knowledge, and my stuff still left in the room. They did not have the courtesy to call me to check if I was staying over. Instead, they checked someone else into the room after throwing my stuff out. Ludicrous poor customer service . I need a resolution from Varun Thomas, the front desk manager, and the general manager of this hotel. Terrible customer service. I had charges on my credit card that were not validated. Had to call in twice to ask for a receipt. The bathroom shower was leaking, and it created a mess every time I took a shower. One of the rooms that I stayed in had a Broken fridge as well. Looks like maintenance is an afterthought, especially considering the star hotel prices they charge you. Will stay away from this hotel at all costs.
This is my go to hotel for pre early morning flights. Service is good, staff very friendly. Rooms are very clean. This stay we had a wheelchair accessible room. It was very well appointed including the height of the bed that not many hotels remember to have lowered. Would recommend grab bar in the shower stall. We ate dinner at the restaurant on sight. Food and service was very good. Prices were reasonable for an airport hotel. I will stay here again.
Horrible hotel. Staff is opportunist and racist at the front desk. Deliberately gave non functional room. Broken closet, missing proper Air con , hair dryer coffee machine etc. Since this chk in was late in the night hence they thought they could get away by doing that and also because we were brown.
My 3-night stay was flawless. Nothing to complain about. I had a room on the 15th floor that was clean, tidy, spacious, and very well equipped (incl. microwave, flatscreen, iron + ironing board, coffee maker, hairdryer). I had a great view of the airport from my window and couldn’t hear the planes at all. The airport shuttle service was very convenient and always on time with very helpful and friendly drivers (tip: when at the airport, follow the signs for the “hotel shuttles” and you will find the stops very easily). I used the shuttle everyday to get to the UP express station which takes you straight to the downtown area for ~$12. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful also. Check in and check out we’re quick and easy. This hotel is perfect for a short stay and conveniently placed by the airport and UP express station. Would stay again.
