person who served me was very rude. i asked about how and where to redeem the coupons and she got upset saying how the coupons can only be used when ordering online. however the coupon i wanted to use had a QR code that said it can be scanned and redeemed in person at the restaurant. she rolls are eyes and says “i don’t know then” in a very annoyed tone. i get it, fast food jobs can be irritating, ive worked fast food for 7 years but there is no need to show attitude when i asked a question. food was alright, tomato’s were soggy however. i also did not get the dipping sauce for the foot long dipper. the bread for the dipper was also very stale. Another thing this worker did was when she dropped the flatbread on the floor, she proceeded to pick it up to throw it out but did not change her gloves after touching the floor and continued to make the sandwich until i asked her to change her gloves
