This place is a hidden gem in such a great location! The service was fast and enjoyable, and the sushi were just amazing! I am a big fried sushi lover, and Alex sushi is the best fried one I’ve tried so far in Canada! Portions were huge, and so yummy. All ingredients were fresh and well done, I especially enjoyed huge pieces of creamy avocado. I will definitely come back to this lovely place, and would highly recommend it to everyone.
I have been coming to this sushi place since i moved into the area about 8 years ago and I have never gone to another sushi spot since. This is the most satisfying delicious food. Bulgogi roll, I get every time. Gyoza DELISH. Spring rolls, DELISH. Katsu, AMAZING. Soup, delish.

I got the Black Fire roll—had spicy salmon, shrimp tempura, and a bunch of other stuff with torched eel on top. The flavours were all there, tasted good. No issues on that front.
But trying to actually eat it was a different story. The whole thing was kinda falling apart by the time I sat down. The slices were all over the place, some thick, some thin. Had to sort...
