Farzy has been really good and attended to our needs especially we were having birthday lunch to celebrate our sister Jojie’s birthday. Farzy has been an amazing staff. We will come back again :)

I noticed that on ordinary weekdays, this restaurant is frequented by senior members of the community. It is a place of good food, warmth and perhaps great memories. I pray that this location continues to thrive. I observed how the attendant, Farzi, communicated lovingly to all customers and with such dear respect for the elders. May God bless her heart.

We dined in on October the 8th. The girl at entrance that seats us is completely clueless. No greeting , just a simple how many and grabbed 2 menus. We informed her that our waitress can come , as we are ready to order. I observed NOT doing that. I had to approach her again to remind her that we are ready to order. She then went to the waitress to tell her. Then she came back to us and told that the waitress was busy hence why she didn't come to our table. no the real reason was because you decided not inform the waitress. Mina was fantastic. A true professional. That's the type of people that Swiss Chalet should base their training on. Staff like Mina is what carries your restaurants. Make sure you reward her. SHE DESERVES IT

The daytime servers are lovely. They take excellent care of their guests. For a Swiss Chalet, this is one of the best you’ll get (that I’ve experienced lately). Food is as expected. Dining area is well maintained.

I went out for a post thanksgiving lunch with my family and I had the best time! My dad was in a rush to get to work. He gave my waitress, Farzy a really stressful time; however, she got my dad’s food out ASAP! Farzy was super entertaining and a great waitress, I would come back just for her!

The double leg chicken dinner is my favorite! However they advertise the 10% off CAA discount turned out to be a free appetizer or dessert instead, no discount.
