Vanessa is HANDS DOWN the best server at Swiss Chalet. I honestly don’t know how she does it, but she gets my order right every single time no mistakes, no reminders, nothing. She’s fast, efficient, and always on point, even when it’s busy.
The service is consistently amazing because of her, and she truly makes the whole experience better. If Vanessa is working, you already know you’re in good hands. Swiss Chalet is extremely lucky to have her!

All time chicken fave resto. We’ve dine in today here for lunch and order our fave chicken, soup and spring rolls. Been a bit disappointed because they said Swiss Chalet is no longer serving rice. But rice in this resto is one of our fave. Good thing the wonderful server we forgot to asked the name but she said she’s Russian Turks. She was able to asked the kitchen if we can have rice in the menu. Thanking her bec our lunch was complete. I supposed to rate you a 3⭐️, but this server made it 5. Please bring back the rice in the menu? Its one of the selling point of this restaurant. I understand that not all cultures eat rice bec its not really their food, but Canada is a mix culture that’s why your menu should adjust to its demand. There is RICE in your menu ever since. That’s one of the reasons why we loved this resto. If there’s chicken, there should be your signature rice. We will no longer come back if rice will not include in the menu.
They can never seem to get your order correct at this location.

Rarely write a review…but had a horrible experience at this location. Despite having placed an order in advance for pickup, still had to wait another 20-30mins past the pickup time. In addition to that, they messed up the order & forgot one of the meals. The quality of the meal was also lacklustre in flavour and size. Ended up picking up Popeyes. I had to follow up multiple times (unprofessional) with Ola, Raji and Carthi to get the issue rectified, which ended up being a credit for the single meal. Which is redundant as I would never want to dine from there again based on the quality and experience.

The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was great, the food was tasty, and the 2 Can Dine deal is honestly such a good option but what truly made this night stand out was Farzy’s service. She was polite, respectful, patient, and had such a positive energy. She is also absolutely beautiful, and not just on the outside she has a beautiful soul, and it really shows through the way she treats people.
One thing I really appreciated was how helpful she was with the menu. I ordered a salad and I wasn’t fully sure which dressing to choose, and she gave me a really good suggestion that ended up being the perfect choice.
Swiss Chalet is lucky to have someone like her. If you’re dining here, I genuinely hope you get Farzy as your server because she will make your experience 10x better. I will definitely be coming back again, and I hope to be served by her again as well.
