The staff were warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful for a first timer here.Each cookie ? is hefty. I bought 2 dozen and they were heavy !!! Amazing cookies *drool*Though I do enjoy the clean, almost sterile vibe of the store, what brings down the star rating is the lack of appropriate space for customers to wait in line.
