The food is consistently satisfying, and with top-notch service, customers can expect a fantastic dining experience.
Swiss Chalet has always had decent food and atmosphere for the cost, and the stellar service from servers like Paul and Susan draws customers and their families to the establishment. The manager, a Filipino lady, was also helpful in making an exception for a customer to redeem a gift card meant for dine-in only for a takeout order.
