I'm very biased to Swiss chalet .. great food great value..
The food was really good at this Swiss location, I have been to some with very dried chicken but we really enjoyed our dinner. But the service was slow as only one server seemed to be working on a Monday night but she was lovely and tried her best

I just had one of the worst experiences at a Swiss Chalet ever, and I love Swiss Chalet. Went there for my Son's birthday, as he was going to treat us with a gift card he received (he's a child), and we were ignored for more than 15 minutes, probably about 20 before I had to get up and ask for a server. I mentioned it was his birthday to the hostess and the waitress. They sang happy birthday to a different party but we were just ignored the whole time. And then the food... Splurged on a double leg dinner... One quarter was fine the other quarter chicken must have been cooked twice because it was hard as a rock. The fries are literally my favourite restaurant fries and they gave us ends of some old batch that had been double fried. All dark as heck and gross. And then we got ignored again and left with a table full of dishes and no offer of dessert that's even included in the kids meal. Had to get up and find the hostess and server yet again. We took the dessert to go after having the worst experience from the restaurant ever. I'd say find a different Swiss Chalet. This one is not worth going to. The staff don't care at all. It's sad. Our server was nice when she was there. It was also a slow night, no more than 10 tables at most seated. And yet... The worst of service and terrible portion sizes and overcooked food. Not worth going out for dinner at this place.

Food was cold! The fries were bits and pieces from an old batch! Chicken breast I ordered was not well done. Stuffing tasted terrible! Gravy cold and watery. My pumpkin pie was broken. Completely disappointed!! Never again will I go there. Gross. Swiss chalet is not the same as it was many years ago!!!
I had a very disappointing experience. The driver failed to pay attention to important details, and I have clear proof that the job was not done properly. When the driver arrived, he was unprofessional and tried to blame the store, even though both the driver and the store did not fulfill their responsibilities. The receipt clearly listed what I was supposed to receive, but the order was not completed as stated. Very frustrating and unacceptable service.

Came here the other day and was served by Zoe! She was amazing. Very attentive, friendly and was super funny. Never had an empty cup either! If you come here I would ask for Zoe :)
