I’ve been to this Swiss Chalet location many times, and my experiences have usually been good, which is why my last visit was initially disappointing. We came in as a larger group, but service was slow and a bit disorganized. It took a long time for our order to be taken, and a few items were missed. When the food arrived, the ribs were lukewarm and not as enjoyable as they’ve been on past visits.
That said, I really appreciate that Luis the manager reached out afterward and took the time to address the issues and make things right. That level of customer service goes a long way and reflects how this location usually operates. Because of that, I’m confident this was an off night and I would return again.

Great experience at this location. We came for the 2 can done deal. Our server Arlene was very kind and checked on us frequently. Food came out pretty fast. Unfortunately they were out of rice tonight but Arlene recommended a mac & cheese, which was very good.

Justin helped me with my take out order. He took the order and asked if I had a CAA card. Once I told him I did he provided me with benefits of having the card and gave me the perks. His pleasant and helpful manner made me feel special and appreciated. Thank you Justin for making my experience amazing.
Swiss chalet is our fav, especially on Tuesdays for our 2 can dine. Arlene is always super sweet, friendly and serves our food hot! Great service as always!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this restaurant. Yesterday, we visited with friends, and after being seated, the server approached us in a very indifferent manner, asked what we would like to drink, and while we were still explaining our order, walked away to attend to the table behind us.
When our food arrived, the French fries were clearly old and had been sitting in oil for too long. We asked for them to be replaced, but noticed that the same fries were simply reheated in the microwave and brought back. After complaining again, they were finally replaced. Throughout the meal, the server paid very little attention to our table.
What made the experience even more unpleasant was seeing the same server treating the table behind us very warmly and politely, with smiles and friendly service. This felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
We would like to add that we are regular customers and visit Swiss Chalet almost every week. It is usually one of our go-to places, and we often try different locations. That is why this experience was especially disappointing. We expect equal, respectful service for all customers and hope management takes this feedback seriously.
