Got a coupon on the mail so decided to go and check it out, it has a good variety in the menu, lots of dairy free and vegan options available, also has a good kid's menu. Food was ready quickly and everything tasted great, server was kind and helpful although it got slower as the place got crowded. Will definitely visit again to try other plates!

I always order takeout and everything is good so far zuzu is my favorite he is so helpful. Not just to the customer to all his colleagues he helps them. I would recommend you all to visit this location and ask for zuzu he is my friend now.
Best location in GTA. Friendly staff and good food. Plentiful portions and chicken is well cooked. They still give finger bowls.I drive in from northern Etobicoke to come here over closer locations.

First the delivery was late and they lied when they said they buzzed up to the apartment. The food was cold and the fries were burnt for both orders. So disappointing considering it was $46.00 for seniors Never Again!!! Have been to the location many times for lunch and for pick up never disappointed I guess delivery doesn’t matter how sad.
I like this Swiss chalet drive thru on Dundas and MississaugaJustin is a great guy and is fast and polite young man.Because I am a long distance swimmer and have cross Lake Ontario twice with another Lake Ontario swim this July , Swiss chalet is very healthy choices for meThanks everyone !!

I came in to order takeout and I'm used to swiss chalet being a very friendly environment and was so shocked to see what I saw. Mind you it was a bit busy but its still not an excuse...while I was waiting for my food I heard a woman i think she was Ukranian or Russian she was wearing a blazer and she had brown hair. I don't know if she was the manager but she was screaming at her kitchen staff because of a mess up. That is no way to talk to anyone no matter your positioning. That is so shocking i'm in the service industry myself as a manager and i was so shocked to see someone treating their staff so poorly. Overall though food was great their green beans are delicious.

The service was great but unfortunately the food was not. I ordered perogies and they came out hard as rock so cold on the inside. I then ordered a half chicken with veggies and the chicken was just super dry and it looked so old like it had been sitting out for hours. I love swiss chalet but i will definitely not be dining at this location ever again.
