Wasn’t much of a choice. Terminal 1 is quite terrible. Got the quarter chicken dinner for $15.29 + tax. It wasn’t horrible, but not good either. Chicken and fries were a solid 2, and the bread was bread. Gravy was gross.

I read the reviews and was a little scared but my experience was great. My server was super friendly and professional. Great smile and attitude. The fries are consistent with every Swiss chalet I’ve ever been to over the last 30 years. I understand that some people who are not used to Swiss chalet might think the fries are overcooked, but this is how I prepare them and I think they are great. This is not McDonald’s. Chicken was spot on. Sauce was spot on. Swiss chalet is one of the most consistent restaurants in Canada. I always stop at Swiss chalet when flying back home.

Pathetic service no food quality gave burnt fries and over it they are saying Swiss fries are brown.Are we stupid? Don't we know the difference between burnt fries and brown one

Waited for fries 12 mins, when served the fries were old and warmed up. Told the cashier about it, a cook name Abhi came out of the kitchen and started yelling that it’s a new fries and I am working in the kitchen and i know what i am doing. Wasted my whole break and left disappointed.
