1 customer service sucks.2 they do not empathize with customers3 they refused me to leave the restaurant till the etranfer was complete due to there POS problem.4 all the positive reviews are fake and executed by there own people.

The food here is very well made, tasty, and prepared for your spice level. I have gotten items such as prawn biryani, paneer kulcha, shrimp curry, various chicken curries and kebabs, all very good. The biryani when you eat in the restaurant, comes covered by naan which is excellent. The only thing I would improve is that last time I ate in, there was a band that played nonstop on Sunday evening and it was difficult to hear what the other people at the table are saying. I was at the very back of the restaurant and still it was too loud.

Worst service ever. Placed a pick up order and arrived at the time it was ready. The order was ready but everyone was acting blind when it was right in front of their damn eyes. One of the employee got frustrated but for 20 minutes it got resolved. Such a shame. Horrible service. I don’t know why but indians need to stop acting weird with indians itself.

I was so disappointed in this place. I took my boss out to lunch here and made an reservation for 11:45am. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told the restaurant opens at 12pm and the staff hadn't even arrived. I waited in the lobby until 12pm and then was seated at a random table in the restaurant. The service didn't really start until 12:15-12:30 and even until then the entire staff hadn't arrived. This was so embarrassing. Finally ordered the food. Some of the items came out cold and you can tell they were frozen to start with. Bill was about $150.00 for 2 of us. I don't think I will be coming back.

The food is average here nothing special. Appetizers took forever to come. Drinks are not that good either. Wouldn’t visit here again.

I had a reservation there for my birthday. I booked table in afternoon, but someone from the management realised to cancel it last moment due to private event. I literally mentioned while booking it’s for bday. They ruined my whole evening. I couldn’t go to other restaurants of course it was because of last minute cancellation and couldn’t find a table anywhere . When i spoke to manager, she said we can come but have to leave within an hour. Like seriously, How someone can do that? Poor service, lack of communication, no respect for customers and for sure don’t care about ruining someone special day. I don’t even want to give 1 star for this ridiculous service.

Extremely loud music. You can barely hear anybody on your table and these guys don't understand it's not a nightclub it's supposed to be a sit-down restaurant. The food is okay but the service is so bad and the manager is the worst he needs to be fired immediately otherwise this place will go downhill in a hurry and nobody will be left to eat Curry!!

It’s not a place to visit if you guys don’t have enough time, apparently they ask you to wait for approximately an hour to serve you once you have placed the order, the staff too is not at all friendly or polite, my night was ruined, very disappointed!!!
