Won’t even give a one star if possible. Took about 10 mins to get us a menu and the the food to be ready. Had ask for napkins and the even didn’t bother to serve us any water at all. After paying I made the bill payment, I asked the waiter to bring me a box to take the food. He went in to the bar area and started a chat with his coworkers. Finally another waiter saw me and brought me a box. I saw the person who served us again when I was walking out, so I asked for bag to carry the food. While he was handing over the bag, he complained and told me “why don’t you ask this early man”. I told him how dissatisfied with the service then he left area by saying “this is a busy time man”.

Please avoid at all costs. The basic experience was getting ripped off for a glass of wine with my wife. Horrible serving staff who seemed more interested in a weird table etiquette that NO ONE could understand. Just cringing and wondering why I left a tip. This is the absolute kicker, after 2 large glasses and one small glass of wine, ( we had been there for 2 hours ) we’re told we can’t have any more and if we did they’d need to speak to the manager. We’re a married couple in our 60’s and we’re shaking our heads thinking ‘did we do something to upset them ? ‘ whatever ‘rule’ they have deemed re tables and amount of drinks it doesn’t seem to have worked as we’re now sitting at Urban Crave at gate 11 have delicious food and yes…… more wine. It seems the rules of consumerism have left their empty heads. Possible the most embarrassing experience I’ve had at a restaurant.

3 staff for a busy supper timewaited 30min and then was told it would be another 30min for food so we left !

Honestly would give 0 if possible. Racist staff. We called them twice and plain ignored us. Worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost.

Second time this year flying from Toronto to Winnipeg on the 7:25am flight, Miralle is the server, she is so lovely, and I’m so impressed how she can handle a busy preflight restaurant on her own! I’ll check in early for all my next morning flights just to enjoy her fabulous service — tip . . . sit at the bar!

Burger was plain and left a pool of grease on my plate. Fries were ok. Beer served in plastic cup. Tables sticky and wobbly. $45 for burger, fries, and 1 beer. Place was empty, probably for a reason

Terrible service, walked past a couple of times before the dear lady got served. It took me about another 10 minutes (I kid you not) although we were together. Charged $19.99 for nachos (menu is $17), $9.99 each for Alexander Keith IPA ($7.99) & Brickworks Cider ($8.49), so go figure that's $6.47 overcharge. Have bill and menus to prove this. In this day and age this kind of act is totally illegal, so worry not you are going to be reported. I certify that this review is absolutely true and accurate, we visited on Monday 22nd August just before food closed. Really, there is nothing to add. Despicable.

Ordered a Guacamole and chips - came with a ‘postage stamp’ size of guacamole and then stale chips For $10 it was the worst snack of my life Go elsewhere - avoid

Avoid at all costs - very poor management . Ripped off for $38 for two coffees with baileys. Waiter said ‘we have limited food items today’ so we went in expecting to get at least toast. Nothing was available. No food, no menu or mention of no food until we asked about it further . Slimey slimey operation , trying to help others avoid the trap.

Montreal Special is excellent.

First off, we had to ask our server for glasses of water. He didn't offer us drinks initially when we sat down. Then when he brought them to us, it was disgusting. You know that freezer burn flavour that ice sometimes has when it's been sitting in the freezer too long? It tasted like that. I couldn't drink it.I ordered a burger and it tasted like the frozen ones from a box you buy at the store and cook yourself. Mushy. Flavourless. On top of that, I ordered a caesar salad instead of fries and nowhere on the menu did it say that it would cost extra to substitute salad for fries.Server was incompetent, and we waited almost half an hour for our bill after he initially told us he would bring our bill. I didn't tip and he acted shocked. The place wasn't even busy.Prices are absolutely ridiculous for the quality of food and service at this restaurant. Very disappointed.
