The Alley is a cozy establishment with a big parking lot offering free parking. The friendly staff provide excellent service, taking the time to explain the various options. The drink options are unique and not like those found at other bubble tea joints. The atmosphere is inviting, making it a great spot to relax. However, note that the service can be slow, especially during peak hours when online orders are high. Despite this, the staff's patience and helpfulness make up for it.
