Bubble tea place known for their brown sugar tapioca. I came here last night with a friend, it is a good place to chat and hang out. It is open late and the place inside is spacious and has some seating. I tried the royal #9 milk tea with grass jelly and you can have the option of how much sugar and ice you want. The service was friendly and the milk tea was yummy.

Friendly staff and the beverages are Delicious, also love the atmosphere of the establishment - really cozy. The parking lot is big and the parking is free which is a big plus, the spot can get really busy at times. I always get the original milk tea with tapioca.

The service is really slow. I’ve been coming to this store for 6 months for their Ube Taro which I love, but the service is infuriatingly slow. Today it took 13 mins for one single order of Ube Taro. The staff seem competent but they have trouble keeping up with the online orders that keep coming in.Online orders tend to have multiple drinks in the order and should not be in the same queue as people waiting in the store. People need time to get to the location while patrons...
