Quite an unwelcoming place. The hostess at the entrance gave us a cold attitude as soon as we told her we were there for coffee. She didn't even bother to lead us to a table. No one came to take orders from us until I actively sought a server's attention. The server did come but then gave us a poker face when I asked for the dessert menu. We had a really bad experience. Unfortunately this is the only restaurant/cafe nearby where we could unwind at the end of the day. Sad!

Strange experience. Did not enjoy the Pad Thai as it was watery, lukewarm, and strangely gummy. When I stated that I was not a fan of it and wished to order a different dish, the waitress looked at me like I had three heads and asked if I would like to take it to go.
I was at the hotel over Easter weekend. Late Saturday evening around 8pm a friend and I wanted to order room service. We called 3 times with no answer so I walked down and spoke to a worker sitting on her phone in front of the kitchen to ask. She said they do offer guest service, but I had to call the lobby desk… ok… we did that and the lobby said that no they have nothing to do with the restaurant. They weren’t busy at all - maybe 4 tables with people. Makes me wonder if this person just didn’t want to work.
We ended up ordering food from another place to be delivered. No regrets and tipped other restaurant nicely after the random crap here.

Tried to order for pick up 4 times and the staff had a different answer every time. They even hung up on us once. By the time we got our food it was overpriced and cold. The restaurant was also empty at the time, so it was not because they were busy.

Good food (pricey, but it's a hotel restaurant so on par with others in the area), usually a table always available as they have lots of seating/tables sizes, and not too bright of lighting.
Got cranberry pineapple juice $4, butterchicken with rice/naan $34, and caramel cheesecake for dessert $13.

4.5 stars. Everyone at the hotel was very courteous and helpful during my visit for medical appointments. The restaurant was ran beautifully the workers always complemented well working the dinner together. Breakfast buffet is well worth the money, great selection for everyone of all ages.
Vegetarian options: Variety of options for everyone to have nice quick breakfast.
Wheelchair accessibility: Enough room to navigate the buffet and room for wheelchairs.

We went through 4 different drink orders before we found one they had the ingredients to actually make and the one I got had a large layer of salt at the bottom. The fries were listed as gluten free but when they arrived they looked coated in something so I asked to make sure and was told they were not gluten free, which could have gone very badly for me if I hadn't checked. Rest of the food was fine. Staff was nice enough but they seemed very unsure of the menu and disorganized. Wouldn't recommend this place.

A nice enough hotel bar - only stopped by for drinks before heading out - taste was there but execution was lacking. Food menu is pretty short but prices seemed reasonable. Breakfast options however were just the buffet which was extortionate.

This is a continental breakfast that they charge $37 for. Absolutely insane. The omelette is fine, everything else is stale and has been sitting out for hours. When I asked why I was billed $37 instead of the listed website price $25, I was told « the whole world is expensive now. »
Snuck in a last minute take out order. The food from this place is AMAZING. we had the chicken sandwich and dixon burger. Well cooked, nice seasoning, chicken and beef both really juicy. Crispy fries. The chefs at this place is cooking!
