The service was exceptional from the minute we arrived. I am quite short, and was seated at a table with either a bench or deep chair, so I asked if there was a cushion or something that I could use. The manager personally brought out a patio furniture cushion which was PERFECT. Our server, Cassandra, was so warm and friendly! She answered our questions and politely offered substitutions to make our meals perfect. The ambiance was lovely - we were seated in a quiet “nook” beside a fireplace with low lighting and funky music. The food was outstanding! We did not have room for dessert, however. We did thank our server for her excellent service and complimented the manager on our excellent experience here. 100% recommend!

Celebrated my father’s in law birthday. We booked the private room and it was amazing. Great atmosphere with great service. Private room is good for 10 people, room is great. Food was good and prices are very reasonable. Great restaurant!

Scllops w bacon was tough.Sirlon Oscar the scallops and shrimps was pre cooked no taste I ordered my sirloin ' blue ' come med rare. Onion soup no good not up to the Keg standard. Cauliflower app was ok Hot sauce was not spicy too much sauce....

Went for dinner with my family on Tuesday night. Waited about 10 minutes to be approached by a server, and then another 25 minutes for our appetizers (calamari & fried cauliflower). I don’t even know how long it took for our entrees to come out, because we were just happy to have them in front of us. I was missing my shrimp&scallop oscar, and my mom’s steak was rare, when she ordered it medium/well. I did not start my meal until the oscar came out as I wanted it alongside my steak, so the food got cold as I was waiting. The manager (? not sure, she didn’t introduce herself) came by to let us know they’re sorry and working on the steak. She then brought it out and condescendingly asked if it was cooked to my mom’s liking. We didn’t ask to send it back because it was medium/well and my mom changed her mind, it was sent out undercooked yet the manager made it seem like we were inconveniencing them. Decided to skip out on dessert as we had waited enough for the previous courses and didn’t want to risk another 20-30 minute wait.Would not recommend The Keg Square One, and from what our server told us, the staff was filled with workers from different locations to cover the team at Square One, so I will not be going to The Keg anymore at all. It’s a shame since this was our families go to spot for dinners. Spend your hard earned money where you’ll be appreciated.

I’m sorry this will be the last time I go to the keg! Why can’t you cook a steak to how a customer wants it! Pure trash!!!!! Don’t go here! Went here for mom birthday. And it was disappointing. From now on I’m cooking in my kitchen. Hope you guys go belly up!

Dine in = great, take away = not great!We have had dine-in once here, and that was on my birthday. The waiting staff…she was incredible. She knew the entire menu and its details off by heart. Extremely attentive, funny and professional. Food was good, but I wouldn’t say great compared to other restaurants. I feel like the Keg has gone downhill over the years. Note we have dined in at several locations 10s of times, just not here.Recent take away/take out experience. If I were to rate this experience I would give it a zero in terms of food. Other experiences a 2 or 3. It has never been great for take away other than the first experience (we have done it about 5 times at this location.We ordered 2 kids burgers and 1 full keg burger, and onion rings. when I got home, opening up the kid burger to feed my infant…it was burnt and dry dry dry! My 19 month old even said “yukky” and threw it in the bin without prompting, I kid you not! I rang the restaurant and the manager was VERY nice and apologetic. She gave me some options and I chose to try it again. She kindly compensated us with three compensated deserts and cooked the burgers again. If it was not for her, I would be extremely upset. Excellent manager and the front of house are great here too.At this point my family were very hungry and my 19 month old needed to go to bed soon! The burgers…were…again overcooked, albeit not quite as bad. What a shame. My little one didn’t actually eat any of it….We won’t be doing take away anymore or probably eating in here again at this location. Why can’t an international steak restaurant chef even cook a steak burger on two attempts? What is going on?!

What an incredible evening dining at the Keg this past Sunday, March 10th.I'll start by mentioning that the service was top-notch! We had two servers for our large party of 11, and not one item was missed. Staff were attentive and very friendly the entire night. All guests left satisfied with the food and overall pleased.I'm definitely looking forward to another visit to this location.
