This is a pet friendly place where our dog can enjoy free 2-pieces of bacon and the owner is extremely friendly to us and other patrons. The price of the food is reasonable and the lunch special gives us unlimited fries. Well worth it. Highly recommended.

I went to the Works at Port Credit twice. I went on a Wednesday afternoon during down hours and the owner Mike served me. I ordered the Tragically Poutine and I loved it. Today I went again, Mike was there but this time the waitress Anna served me and my friend. Love the service there and I fully recommend. My meal was cooked well. My friend enjoyed his burger meal.

Went to the Port Credit location with my family last night. Great service all around and a great atmosphere for a nice dinner. Food was quick and hot. The burger was cooked perfect with fresh toppings! We will for sure be coming back!

We had an amazing experience at The Works – the food, vibes, and location were all on point. Loved that they now offer halal options and have added wings to the menu, which were super flavourful and crispy!

They also have a special lunch menu for just $13.99 + taxes, which is such a great deal for the portion size and taste. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick.

We were there on July 1st, a group of six people. We were seated, our order was taken, and we ordered some appetizers — everything seemed fine at first, and the appetizers came out very quickly.

Then nearly 45 minutes went by with no sign of our food. We asked about it, and what seemed to be the manager approached us politely, apologized, and explained that due to Canada Day, they were extremely busy, but our food would be ready in under 10 minutes. However, the waitress came over in a confrontational tone and said that she had told us from the beginning that the food would take about 40 minutes — which was completely untrue, and by then we had already waited longer than that.

Because of the manager’s attitude, we decided to wait another 15 minutes. But then the fireworks started, and we ended up leaving without getting any food. In the end, there was no trace of our order. I had been to this place once before, and service was also painfully slow, but at least I actually got to eat. This time, no food at all.

I don’t know who manages this restaurant, but seriously — how long does it take to make burgers? It's not like they're serving Michelin-star cuisine.

Food was great as usual! I've had the works burgers for years but what stood out today was Tyler's service! Tyler was so nice and attentive. And the beech house sauce.. the best sauce I'll EVER have! Always my favorite burger place. Thank you Tyler for makimg our experience great!!

I like this place and so does my son which is important as it's hard to find a place we both enjoy! They redid their menu recently and cut some offerings, but I think this is a net benefit as they mostly disposed of the niche stuff. The bottomless fries are appreciated, though it looks like they got rid of the wrecking balls which were great.
