I came to works for very first time with my family. We really all enjoyed it. Server Kiersten was very good. She took our order , she was sweet, polite, good talker and good listener. She was fast and amazing too. Our burgers was tasty and very good. We enjoyed our food very well. Hope to come back again sometime in future soon.

First time in, won't be the last. Service was friendly, food was excellent, and there's enough variety if you're looking for a burger you'll find something to your tastes or new to try here. Thanks, Tyler!!

We went to Port Credit location for the first time and loved it! The burgers were delicious as always and u can customize it to whatever u like! Unlimited fries if that is your choice of side dish. The service was great. The manager (Tyler) was very engaged, and super friendly. Thank you! We will definitely come back!

Best pulled pork poutine I have ever had.

Live quite close to this location and hadn't gone till last week. We were greatly surprised when we went in and had some of the best burgers and fries to date. The new ownership has really turned things around from what it seems. Thanks Utkarsha for being so kind and helpful during our time here. Check it out!

Food was OK. Place was empty at lunch save for us, so not able to measure the vibe.

Had a great time today! Came after my haircut since I was craving a burger, and it was to die for. They allow you to customise your patty, side and bun so it adds a nice little personal touch! I got the W burger with a fried chicken patty, onion rings and a sesame bun, and it was super good! The dip that came with the onion rings was really good, tasted like a lemon pepper ranch. Definitely coming back!

Tyler was my server today, and he did an outstanding job on not only the service but accompanying me and my friend making us feel welcomed, the tragically maple burger was delicious, and I’ll definitely be back for lunch. Spread the word this restaurant is underrated, amazing staff.

Food and service was great. Lunch menu is fantastic value. Will come again. Tyler was awesome. He deserves a raise.

On a side note, I miss the old school metal trays that's no longer in use.

Had a great lunch, yummy food, burger was cooked to perfection and fries were crispy. The new manager Tyler was kind, efficient and took great care of us. I’ve been here a few times and it’s been great every time! Waitress Lizzy is lovely also, great vibes all around!

New management. Our server was Tyler and he was extremely courteous. The food was delicious. Empty restaurant apparently because the old management ran the restaurant into the ground. The new guys are great. Would go again!

They are under new admin! Food was delicious as always, the waitress was super friendly. We went to another Works, in Burlington, for my husband’s birthday, and since we subscribed to “burger central” (The Works email list) we get a coupon for a free burger on our birthday. But this year my husband did not get it. In Burlington, we explained this to the waitress and she said there was nothing she could do. We ate anyways. A week after, my husband’s friend invited him to The works in Mississauga. They noticed we were celebrating, they gave my husband his burger for free, and at the end they gave us a tower of donuts with chocolate dip!!! Honestly, they went far and beyond and made our dinner super special.
