I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I went there yesterday evening , and the staff were extremely unprofessional, with very poor customer service from start to finish.
I ordered a bagel with chipotle sauce on the side, but they barely put any sauce on the bagel and still charged me for two bagels and two chipotle dips. When I asked about the sauce, they handed me back the same cold bagel and only gave me one dip. The food was handled carelessly and placed on the counter as if they were throwing it. None of the staff were wearing gloves, which is a serious hygiene concern.
I also witnessed an elderly man who had ordered chicken soup. The staff simply put it on the counter and said, “Here is your soup,” causing confusion. The poor man had to ask other customers if the soup was his, and only after calling a staff member did he get confirmation. The behaviour was rude, careless, and lacked basic customer service.
This team truly needs improvement in professionalism, hygiene, and customer service skills. For comparison, A&W consistently delivers great service and food—something this location could definitely learn from.
I honestly do not understand how this Tim Hortons location passed a food inspection based on what I observed.
