Went here to order 10timbits and ice cap via the drive through. The wait mustve been at least 20mins. I tapped to pay and was never offered a receipt and since I had to run to another errand. I didn't check what I was charged until later on. When I got a chance to check. I realized cashier charger me for 20 timbits when I only ordered 10, and only received 10. I connected with Tim Hortons support and they told me the store would connect with me. Next day during work hours, I received a missed call from the store, someone had left me a voicemail to call them back regarding me being over charged. I called the number back, but guess what? She gave me the wrong number when she left me the voicemail. Anyways, I ended up Googling the store's phone number and called them back. Must have tried about 6 times but I would get the fax machine. Tim Hortons is such a joke. Beware when you get food from them, they will overcharge and scam you and not take an responsibility for it. I understand sometimes it could be a human error, but in this case, they didn't even try to rectify the issue.

I always have a pleasant experience at this Tim Hortons. Very courteous and professional people working there. My food is always served fresh, and my coffee is always made exactly as I ordered it. The drive-through is very organized and efficient. It's always a pleasure to visit this Timmies!

I ordered a ice coffee extra base and cream . The guy who was serving me had no name tag would have mentioned him . I don’t know if he want’s to work there or not because tht’s not how customer service works. No cane syrup in my ice coffee . Guy said he put 5 pumps when i ask him is he sure he said yes and when i ask him for my receipt then he started asking to give me syrup. Thank you son your ice coffee extra base is in the bin outside and u better learn the basic ethics to work and behave with customers. If i was your manager i would have walked u out the next minute for your behaviour. Kindly look into your staff and specially the name tag . Would gave 0 only hiring unprofessional staff .
