Rude people. Can’t rate the food because I just walked out. May be they didn’t sleep properly and 6:00am is too early to talk to a customer. Either way that’s not a reason to be rude. May be that the lady I dealt with is just mannerless.

Nagam is rude and does not hold herself or her coworkers accountable for their responsibilities as an employee of Tim Horton’s. Don’t start with the attitude with a customer that greets you with a smile. For you to be yelling at your customers because your coworker beside you didn’t punch in my order… you need to figure it out quickly. Tips are provided to people who provide exceptional customer service. Don’t be bitter - you and the whole corporation missing out on opportunities to upsell/ make profitable income for the company, and maybe make a little extra coin from people who actually go out of their way to receive and appreciate exceptional customer service. To give Nagam more than one opportunity to make up for the horrible experience they are causing, and have her ignore the multiple opportunity to apologize and turn the situation. Further ignoring and silencing me and my further questions by answering with “have a nice day”. It honestly fuels me to place the complaints and calling further attention of Head Office associates. Have a nice day!

Issue is with the drive through; when it rains and you have to open your window to pay or pick up your order, the rain drenches the car. This applies to ALL TH. I am sure that putting an overhang will solve this problem.

Also, the mobile can be processed a little faster as opposed to reminding the staff ?

A very bad branch. Waited a lot. No response from any of the staffs.

Better off just steering clear of this location.
Horrible drive-thru customer service. The first thing I asked was: do you have chocolate, sour cream glaze (SCG) and honey dip tim bits, she said yes. So I put in a simple order for a 20 pack of Tim Bits that had 10 chocolate, 5 SCG and 5 honey dip. When paying, she was extremely rude, and did not give me any time to scan my points, so I didn’t collect any points. When I asked her how much was left on my gift card, she said “I don’t know”. And when I asked for a receipt, she said “too late” - how is it too late if a receipt comes out at the end of a transaction?
To make matters worse, we checked the box and there were 10 chocolate and 10 old fashion glazed. The chocolate Tim bits also tasted stale/old. At this point it was too late to turn back so we were stuck with an unpleasant experience and the wrong order.

Also, I truly think Tim Hortons changed the recipe to their Tim Bits…they really don’t taste as good as they used to.

I went through the drive thru and I had an issue with my Apple Pay, the older gentle man that was heavier built was being very impatient, rude, bickering under his breath, and very unprofessional. When he handed us our items he shoved them in our hands and closed the window aggressively. I am so alarmed I’ve never had this experience with a Tim hortons drive thru personal and I go through this locations drive thru every day. Very disappointed with the customer service and we will not be going to this location any longer.
