Issue is with the drive through; when it rains and you have to open your window to pay or pick up your order, the rain drenches the car. This applies to ALL TH. I am sure that putting an overhang will solve this problem.

Also, the mobile can be processed a little faster as opposed to reminding the staff ?

Some of the reviews for this place are extreme. It's a Tim Hortons, with that said not sure what people expect.Ordered through the app, 1 French vanilla, 2 iced coffees, fast service, great employee at 11:40PM.

Almost everytime we go for lattes at 2:30pm during the week they apparently are cleaning the machine! WHO DECIDES TO CLEAN THE MACHINE AT PEAK TIME BASICALLY!!! You should be cleaning it later at night like most!!! Am done going to this Tim's and I work across the road from it! Starbucks is a little further but will be going to them from now on!!
